Mr Shipero called me as well. Well wait, he called family, friends, and my prior employer. He at first would not tell me anything other than private info on me. I moved to a different state and never received a final dental bill for my kids dental bill. When I told him I did not appreciate calling people he became rude. I called the place that I owed the money whinning smilies dentistry and left them a message to call me as I have no issue paying them. I make more in an hour than this tool makes in a week.

This Dave Shapiro guy called me and pretty much told me If I didn't pay a bill from 10 years ago which my insurance was suppose to cover. They would procceed with the case. I asked him what that meant.. He was very rude and said "I've explained to you that you have to pay" . I was so confused and just wanted to know more details.. He refused to answer any of my questions and hung up on me. Maybe if he was nice and answered my questions I would've paid. So, I called back.. And asked if he was calling from a collections agency .. I have a lot of friends and know collecters personally and know the hustle they pull to meet their goals. Once I asked him he seemed very nervous and hung up again. Mr. Dave Shapiro can s*** a d*** for being so mean and rude. He should be fired knowing a little of the business myself.. When attempting to collect money don't be a thundercunt and treat people like trash with your stupid scare tactics .. No wonder all those agency's got closed down. Be nice and answer my questions and I will make a payment! A***oles!!

I was called for a daycare bill that was paid they are coming at me for a nice bit of change. I don`t understand why I was not informed of this before. I spoke to a man asked where I worked gave him the name of the company. Next thing I know there calling my job. Told him to not call my job that I never gave them the number or permission to do so. He then lies to me and tells me when I was at that daycare it was on the forms. I said that was 3 years ago and I have been at my place of employment for a little over a year. I don`t like being lied to and now since that has happened they have now lost there credibility with me. Also they will call my cell phone and not leave a message on my voice mail find that very strange...

This number called me and hung up. I called back, the man who answered the phone would not tell me the name of the business, i said someone called my number and hung up on me and I was just calling back to see who this is. The man very rudely told me to identify myself, so I gave him my name,then he  said that doesn't match the name they have for this number in their records and that if I was lying they would prosecute. I have no idea what exactly is going on, they refused to tell me who they did have listed at MY phone number , I do however get calls for someone who i do NOT know and am not related to so i assume that is the person they are loooking for, but boy was I treated as though I was doing something wrong. So I looked up the number and found this page and decided to comment, being that it is a collection agency I am sure they are looking for the same person that I get other calls for, but this is a person who must have had this number before me as I do not know them. Very annoyed at the way I was treated, I called back to complain btw , when I asked to talk to a manager I was hung up on. Go figure.

I received a call today from a Sharon Parks from this number looking for someone not even me

I just got a call from a Sharon Park at this number. She was asking to speak to my cousin who lives in another state and has now for about 5 years. Sharon refused to tell me what she was calling about or what company she was calling from.

THIS COMPANY GOES BY THE NAME FIDELIS ASSET MANAGEMENT TO ATTEMPT TO COLLECT ON MEDICAL BILLS. ILLEGAL!!!!! WHEN THEY CALL THEY SAY THEY ARE FROM FIDELIS, THATS ALL. A family memebr got a call from a woman named Shannon from fildelis asking to have me call her back. I called and a man picked up and said Shannon is not available. Then he said what number did we try to contact you at. Right there I knew it was a collection agency. I asked who I was calling and the man named "MR SHIPERO" said I cant give you any info till i know who you are so I gave him my name again. He was rude in telling me about the debt i owe so i said what buisiness am i calling that finds it ok to be so rude? he said the type of buisiness that pays their bills. I said oh ok thats how you deal with people? by degrading them?  then he said so I can put you in a direct refusal on this bill you owe? i said no, I just cant pay it right now, he continued to be rude so I said do what you gotta do and put it in direct refusal and dont ever csall my phone or anyone else in my family ever again. i hung up.

I received a call from this number to my employer in March, when the person on the other end couldn't find me, he called the emergency number listed on my employers voice mail.  At that time, the caller was extremely RUDE to my coworker, and innocent bystander.  Since that time, I have been hung up on, harassed, called names, etc....claiming that I owe a bill that I didn't know anything about that originated in September 2001.

Actually bill collectors call people on the west coast too so they are in their office past 9PM I worked in an office!

Sometimes people don't have the money for their bills RIGHT NOW!

PAY YOUR BILLS YOU WONT GET CALLS. BILL COLLECTORS ARNT IN THEIR OFFICE PAST 9PM, THEY HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THEN CALL YOU AFTER THEY PUNCH OUT.

Fidelis sued me over a $237 medical bill and won a judgement against me last month. Now they are garnishing my wages! This is ridiculous...$237 dentist bill.

I just got sued by these guys last month. I called their bluff and was wrong. They now have a judgement against me for and unpaid medical bill of $237.00. Now they are going to successfully garnish my wages starting in 2 weeks. Now my boss and fellow employees know about it. I should have taken the 3 month payment plan they offered on the first call. They move quickly. The initial call was at the end of July and in 90 days have done the damage.

Not illegal to report medical debt to credit report. I had a dentist bill go on my credit report 2 months ago and it prevented me from getting a car loan. Pretty embarassing. Wont let that happen again. I thought the same thing and man was I wrong.

Just received a call and they said they are a collection agency and are going to report my medical bill to the credit company.  I thought this was illegal.

This lady named Ashley Williams has called several times acting as if she knows me and calls me well past 9pm.

Why don't you quit being rude and understand that collection agencies DO make mistakes and CALL THE WRONG PEOPLE?

I got a call from these guys the other day and worked out a payment plan. I did some homework on this place and they seem on the up and up. They kept the bill off my credit report and didn't even charge me interest of fees.

Why dont you call back and take care of your responsibilities or at least acknowledge the call and work something out?
