he is a scammer got me once about three months ago but not this time.

recieved a call from this number saying i had some charges pending. When i returned the call i was advised of an issue that i had forgotten about...after speaking with Mike i was able to resolve the matter and received proper documentation from him...

I received a call at work from a Michael Owen who stated that he would have to issue court papers today at my place of work if I did not respond.  I phoned and he stated that he was working on a case in my name however he would not send me paperwork or an email with the paperwork.  He will not give information however wants me to provided him with all my information.

I just got a phone call today from this same person "Michael Owens".  He left a VOICEMAIL MESSAGE stating what his name was and he was calling from "PRG" and that he was a lead arbitrator with this company.  He said to call regarding pending legal charges against me and gave me a case number!

Like "B" states above in the previous comment, if there were ACTUAL PENDING legal charges, a person would have already been served with moving papers.  Arbitration doesn't actually occur until a person has been notified by some type of moving papers, i.e. a summons and complaint.

I ought to know, I have a degree in legal administrative assistance.  I know how the civil process works and these guys are full of crap!  If anybody sees this post, please don't be afraid.  It's a scare tactic.  However, these people are trying to make a living, so I get it.  People do things out of desperation to make money, so, I'm going to say a prayer for this guy and move on...

This Michael Owens. it is a scam to get banking info from you, do not call them back. no company name

These ppl are full of SH*T.  Michael Owens specifically along with a Robert.  There is no "docket" number until you have been served with a lawsuit.  And if this company was in the business of filing lawsuits, they wouldn't harass you for months on end trying to get you to pay.  They are LIARS.  A business who sues a client (news flash) will hire a little guy called a Process Server to serve you with the lawsuit.  Let me ask you something.  If you finally decided to sue someone, would you call them for months threatening them about it?  NO!  YOU WOULD JUST SUE THEM!  Its the Process Server's job to find you.  That's what they are paid for.  These guys need to get their laws straight before they go threatening people with sentences that don't even make sense. lol.

I got a message from this number saying his name is Micheal owens and he a mediator for a case saying i have a bunch of serious charges being brought against me in my state my husband and me every so many months get scam calls like this and if you asnwer the ask many personal questions am going block them and find someone to report them to this is annoying and harssement ......

I got a message from this number saying he is Micheal Owens that say he is a mediator for my case. This is a scam I've been getting calls from all kinds of out of state numbers with all different people first looking for ex-employees of mine. Now they are saying my name because it is on my voice mail. These people are a bunch of idiots and are so annoying. I even blocked my number down to never get calls like these and now 4 months later I'm still getting these calls.

Got a call this morning.
