These so called people called my ex-husband and told him I listed him as a cosigner and reference on a loan that I supposedly took out in 2011? I have no clue what the hell they are talking about. Then when I call back some chick named Lynn Bradley is on the voicemail...if thats even a real person! This is pure harassment for people to call the way they do!

Debt Collector
Another typical illegal collection attempt for debts that do not exist.  I love it.  When scum bags like this call, ask them their mailing address.  They will refuse to give it to you.  That way it is harder to track them down and file complaints against them.  ANY legit collection agency will GLADLY give you their address when asked.  Bottom feeder scum bags like these people who refuse to give it out and claim they "only accept payments with credit cards, debit cards or western union" are illegal scams.  Ask them to send you a dunning letter to validate the alleged debt.  They wont because IF they did, it constitutes mail fraud which is a federal offence!  Have fun with them, request validation VIA the US MAIL, ask for their mailing address.  Then report them to the NYS attorney general, your state attorney general the BBB and the FTC.  DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU, these people are frauds, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.  http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fdcpa/fdcpact.shtm
