Next step.... all of the harassing calls and threats have been recorded and are with an attorney as I write. Not afraid to us my name.   Sometimes things happen and you need time to pay.   Sometimes people are desperate because they don't have food or want to keep the roof over their heads so they are forced to resort to these awful pay day loans that are a total rip off from the start.   You should not judge people because you don't know their situation.  


To those other individuals seeking advice,   It is illegal for them to harass you at work.   You should send them something in writing telli them to discontinue calling your work immediately and that they are to deal with you in writing only.   Request that they send you a copy of the loan documents and proof of the debt first and that you will then work with them on making arrangements to resolve the matter.

Once you send them the letter demanding they never call you t work again this means they cannot call you there.   You should fax the document,net, email it, and send it certified mail.

Started getting calls from this #.Never took out a loan with them or no one else. Notify my local sheriff department. Still calling, any suggestion to make them stop

I received a threatening voice mail (which I have saved) from a John Puglisi at this number, who claims to be an attorney (he is not an attorney, I checked) and claimed to be issuing an arrest warrant against me due to an outstanding short-term $500 payday loan company  loan that I have been unable to repay. Puglisi is the collection agent my account was turned over to. He also called my place of work and left a threatening message in a voice mail with a secretary.  He is posing as an attorney (is that legal?) and he is really, really scary when he calls, seriously threatening and nasty. After I received his voice mail I called the number he left on my voice mail, where he screamed, ranted and threatened, and actually hung up on me when I questioned the things he was saying. I also called the number that showed up on my caller ID which is 716-837-0251 and again he began ranting, raving and threatening. I did a google search on him and he has been reported for doing this to others.

these people cursed at one of my co workers,after yelling at everyone..they are crazy.Threats will get you know but in trouble... They certainly do not follow fair debt collection practices.

This number is part of VCS a nasty collection agency out of Amherst NY,that tells people they are lawyers and legal actions are going to be taken against them.  They threaten you until you make a payment
