the same thing has been happening to me. last week the mans name is FLECK ROSSARIO who keeps calling all of us im betting, or its a woman named KAREN DeCUAY they claim they work for DFF a debt collection agency. Unfortunately for them i have no money anyways.

I got the call today. Indian man saying I got a loan on line and didnt pay it back. I told him I was gonna call the bank and get a statement showing there was no deposit made on said date. He called me back and said have you decided to take care of this matter. I said no. he said what you want me to take it to court. I said yes because I called the bank and there was no deposit made then. He then said ok then I will call your manager at work. Tomorrow will be the worst day of your life. How is he getting away with this?

About a year ago I applied for an auto loan at a high end used car dealership in Seattle.
Since then, this number 717-207-9099 has called me off and on.  Always a Pakistani or Indian male.  Always uses a common sounding North American or English name.  Always threatens me with court , lawsuit, or police coming to arrest me.  Also repeats my name numerous times during the live call or voicemail.  I recently stopped answering, now they call my workplace.

Same thing is a happening to me.  He claims he has all my bank information and that if I don't wire him money I will be in a legal mess.  I filed a police report due to the fact he kept calling me at work and harrassing my co workers as well.

I have been receiving the same calls from the same company. I have spoken to a man and a woman who are indian and they want me to wire money to a person not a company! I dont owe them anything! I know I dont. They have called my job over a hundred times in one day  and my phone! They tell anyone that listens that I committed some crime and they need to press charges against me. My lawyer told me to ignore them and not given them anything that it is a scam! I dont like people calling my job so this is really upsetting me! Im going to file a police report today I hope they can help me this has to stop! Wish the government would block people like this from calling! If anyone has been successful stopping them from calling let me know!!

Just got an email from a friend saying that this number hasn't stopped calling them since 730am trying to get a hold of me, and yelling at him saying that I need to call them back right away because of fraud.
how the crap did they even get my buddy's number? This is getting crazy! Hopefully I can get some info on them so I can go to JAG about getting these guys for harassment!

The same with me, I filed police report (see my message below). I'm in Moses Lake, WA, are you close to here as to gather information that perhaps the company is singling certain areas.

I received the same phone call and they even called my place of work, many times in a row today. I went to police department and filed a report, the officer even talked to the man (Chris Jones) and told him not to call again on my cell or at my place of work.

This number has been calling my cell and work multiple times. Someone with an Indian accent who says I have taken out a cash advanced loan. When I ask for more information he becomes very aggressive and tells
me to wire money. x9r4

This Indian man or woman keeps calling me claiming I owe them money from a loan I never got a loan they keep calling me claiming I owe one amount and they keep changing the amount owed I dont owe on any type of loan I keep telling them that I never took a loan from the company they claim I am being harassed from these people who keep screaming at me on the phone I keep telling them that I never took a loan but they yell at me telling me I will be arrested if I dont send them money
They must be stopped they keep harassing me

This Indian man or woman keeps calling me claiming I had a loan from 2010 which is 3 years ago He keeps calling my cell phone or my friends telling me to call them back he is harassing me telling me I owe this amount of money if I don't pay I will be arrested and he keeps calling with a different amount 3 or 5 times and with different amounts I don't owe any money Can anything be done from harassing the people caller 7172079099 I didn't take any type of loan which is back from three years ago he hangs on the line and ties it up

This guy is blocking my 3 lines at the same time... he calls over & over again... can something be done about this??? quickly????

This man has been calling my cell phone and house phone non stop. He started calling at 7:41am and he has not stopped. I turned the tables on him I started harassing him back. He is a scam artist and a discusting foul pig. There is a special place in hell for people like him!!!

I am assuming that I have your old phone number, I have been getting phone calls from this man for about a month now claiming that I am Kendra. I have told him time and time again that I am not and he calls me a liar and has called me quite a few vulgar words. He has been verbally and sexually harassing me for a while. He wont stop calling my phone, as a matter of fact, I recieved 20 calls from him last night.

The calls have been non stop...My husband even called at&t and changed his #.  He is calling yelling and screaming saying i will be arrested and that i need to wire $$$ to the  or else the police will come get me for fraud...I owe no one money and i have never done anything illegal...This is a scam and he is trying to bully people into wiring $$$$...Sad thing is that there are people who get scared of the threats and send $$$$.  THEY MUST BE STOPPED!!!

This same man was also calling for my mother under the name of Antonio Adams he called our office & home. Harassed & called multiple times I've reported the number to the FCC & also threatened to call the authorities on him. THIS IS A SCAM! He's a disgusting rude pig!

A person from this number is also calling me over and over, called my parents, and my work claiming that I am being investigated for fraud. It's an Indian man who says his name is Harvey. It's a scam, but it concerns me because he has all my phone numbers and the last four of my social!!!

Calling me over and over claiming that I am going to be arrested for fraud!! Indian man that screams!!
