What are they looking for?

Tim's been busy. He called me today!

Just got a call from this number also! Very vague message, "Tim Mcnamier here looking to talk to an agent in the office". no ther info. .Sounded Fishy...so I gogoeld the number and sure enough, my gut feeling was right!

I also got a call from this number today. They offer leads to Real Estate agents based on zip code of your area. I'm a Real Estate agent and I have the tendency to listen what people have to say before I judge them, so I did. They told me the way they do business and at the end they say you are on month-to-month basis but to sign up you have to agree on a 2 months trial period, oops the RED flag came up. I didn't like that, so I hung up and I google it.

After reading that I decided not to try and I wouldn't recommend to anybody.

Got a call from this number.  Caller said his name was Matthew Mc?something.  Told him right away that I was not interested in his call.  He told me that he was looking to relocate, that he got my name off the internet, that he was looking to buy in my area for about "half a million", but "nevermind, I'll call another agent."  So Susan.... you might claim to be "real", but your buddy is dishonest and just another scammer.  If he was a genuine salesman... he wouldn't have to lie.

I received a call from this number and they were offering a service that my Real Estate Business desperatly needed, so i gave it a try. I have to say, I have done over 21 Million Dollars in Real Estate Transactions last year, 2008'. And yes I'm a Real Agent with a Real Family. They do provide great leads but as they told me, leads are only as good as the agent that gets in front of them. My desire to save my house from forclosure might be part of my success but since they put real people in front of me, I made new friends and created new refferals. I do recommend this service to the agents in my office and anyone who has an open mind to try something new. The fact that they try to put the client on a 3-way call to my cell makes it easier to make a connection. It hurts me to see any negative discussion about this company when in fact they delivered for me. But then I think to myself anyone who has time to do so must not be a good agent because you would have better things to do with your time. Thank you GetMyHomesValue from the Bottom of my Heart. I got a call from this number looking for an agent who he NEEDED to talk to, usually I do not answer calls from stranger area codes unless I know who it is. I listen to the message he left and then looked up hos number on google.com and found this site. I was going to call him back and mess with him but its just not worth my time.

I also recieved a call from this predator. He's looking to take advantage of some desperate realtor. I'm also on the do not call list.

same thing here, but not being a real estate agent anylonger I was not interested from start.  my number is on do-not call list

Got a call from Nick Hertz acting like someone looking to buy real estate and in need of my professional services.  He then passed me to his "partner" Jeremy, and then I was passed to Jim Bradford.  I like to mess with telephone solicitors, so I stayed on longer than I should.  These guys called me back immediately on my cell phone (yes, I'm on the do not call list).
