About the same as everyone else here. Very pushy! Guess he thought I was nuts for not taking this deal!! Wouldn't take no for an answer. I told him I heard enough and I was hanging up....he just kept talking. He was still talking when I hung up. I have had several calls, everybody wants to cut my light bill.

Caller said he wanted to lower my electric rate. He kept mentioned PPL. I told him I wasn't interested and he said "OK, but's PPL's program" as if why would I turn down PPL's program and almost inferring he was representing PPL. I believe he did say he was with Spirian at the start of the call though.

Call came in and I was asked who handles the phone bill at home, whether it is a residence or business. Caller (a man) started to go in to his script but I cut him off informing him that the number he called is on the Do-Not-Call Registry, where I will be filing a complaint.

Asked if I noticed insert in elec bill. Told me to call elec company and ask about cheaper elec suppliers. Talked quickly and didn't identify when asked who he was. Thought he said from "sperian," but quickly moved on. Mentioned PP&L and we don't even have PP&L. Don't know how he benefited from this call.

It's Sperian Energy calling about your PPL rate and they want to Lock you in cheaper than PPL. 1st they ask way too many questions to be working with PPL. They want to know what's on your bill. I think that if they were working with them then they should already have the information. 2nd they will not give up. 3rd they are profiling and pushing for those who are on heating assistance through the government. I had to hung up on them because the guy refused to let me call them back once I had time to think things over.

Called and tryed to sell me a cheaper electric rate, said they work with ppl, was very pushy and didn't take no for an answer. She said she will call back when my husband is home after I told her that I don't do business over the phone and that she should send me the information by mail. She didn't believe that I handle the bills. Too bad, its her time that is wasted not mine.
