same person called me last week from a different number. I blacklisted the number and now he called from this one. He called me by my maiden name and asked if I was still interested in taking out a loan. When I said, "No, that's not mine.", he said, "not mine" as if he were taking notes. I don't get it, but something's definitely not right.

i have recieved 15 calls from this person in the last 10 min,, when they called my work yesterday i replied for them to send me an e mail of proof of their claim, today he leaves me a message that he cant find my e mail idoit i left it with him i want this to stop can anyone help me

This man repeatedly called and threatened to have me put in jail at my home or job, in regards to a online payday loan I never received. When i kept hanging up on him he sent me a email from a judge stating i had an arrest warrant issued because of these online payday loans. The email even had the state of Texas seal on it. I live in TX. Its a scam don't feed into the ignorance of others

This man has repeatedly called this place of business providing personal and secured information to any employee who has answered the phone.  He has threatened to prosecute and put this individual in jail for an online deposit through a cash advance company that never took place.  He could not provide any information on the subject like times, date, or amounts but tried to get us to confirm bank account information.  When called out as a scammer and threats to prosecute him, he disconnected.  When asked for head of company information, it goes to an automated recording.  This man is a foreigner who is trying to scam you.  He also says he work for a Rollins Law Firm out of Harrisburg, PA.  On the website, only a front page exists but no further information.  This website/ firm is believed to be part of the scam.

This caller claimed I owed $300 from an online payday loan which I never received. The caller who claimed to be Patrick Williams has a horrible accent and threatened me saying he was going to proceed with a lawsuit if this debt was not satisfied. The information he had was my old home address,last four digits of my social,and an old account number which was inaccurate. This is a scam.
