Got a call from this number. No message left. Tried to return call- said the number was not in service.

I am sure the callers have some sort of vendetta but then America is where all the money is. Even a thief on the other side of the globe would want to rip Americans off. The part that makes me mad is when we have our own frauds working with frauds overseas. I call them traitors. Traitors are the ones who would sell their own family for money. Disgusting frauds, I hope they all rot slowly.

It's that damned Sarah again, wanting to help me reduce my tax debt. New number for her.

Missed a call from this number and did not receive a voicemail. They also called my parents' house and left a message like the one narrated above. It would be wonderful if the FCC had authority to find these types of operations and imprison them without hesitation.

I got a call from them and this number and they left a message that said it was matt and told me to call him  back to go to work? Weird

Just got a call left from this # and declined it.  They left a message stating:

"Hi this is sarah and I'm calling to talk to you about your IRS back tax debt. President Obama and the federal government as you know have told the IRS to work with the citizens of the United States to lower or even eliminated your back tax debt. We are calling from the tax renegotiation center to lower or even eliminate your IRS back tax debt.  We can put a stop from liens, back levies, wage garnishments within minutes.  To cut your tax debt in half or have it eliminated press one.  We specialize in negotiating your IRS back tax debt allow you to be free from the IRS in as little as one to six months.  Press one now so we can get started.  To be removed please press seven."

I just received a call from this number-so glad I let it go! Says NY, USA on caller id, my experience is this a scam. FYI-I do not owe back taxes!

I just received a call from this number a few seconds ago and picked up the call and was an automated introduction stating that they were calling from the IRS on behalf of president Obama's new tax plan to help reduce or eliminate my back taxes. Then instructions to press #1 if I was interested or just hang up if I wasn't interested.

I will call the IRS directly on the phone number that I know really belongs to the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 in connection to my income taxes. If this is a real thing, I'm sure the main headquarters will work with me.

FYI: If you receive a call from a number that isn't recognized as a number that belongs to the entity they claim to be calling from, never give out any of your personal information and never give out your credit card number and never pay any money for a service until "after" you look into it by directly speaking with the agency themself, such as the IRS.
