I went on the bahamas celebration cruise.  It was fabulous.  I was called saying that I was registered in a promotion thru a telephone survey.  Which I was aware of they informed me that I would be during the survey.  I recieved 2 complimentary cruises with all my meals and entertainment encluded .  All I had to do was pay $59 per person for port taxes.  I paid the taxes and was registered for the cruise.  I took my mom last June.  It WAS NOT A SCAM.  we had a great time in the bahamas.  I don't know how you can call something a scam when you didn't even go on the cruise.  All you got was a phone call offering you a free cruise.  Of course you have to pay the port taxes.  You should have gone and then you wouldn't be sitting around with nothing to do but complain!!!!!!!

sincerely,

Don't knock it when you haven't even tried it.

I got a call from this number telling me that I have won a trip to the Bahamas. I was busy at the time, so I told the lady to call me back. She did and went on about the details of the trip, then asked me for a $249 deposit to secure the trip and for the information package to be sent. I did not give her my Visa card number as I wondered if it was a scam.

I entered the raffle at the TABOO show in Vancouver, Canada. Anyone has been contacted too?

I as well received three missed calls this afternoon from 718-392-0510, 718-530-0134, and finally Javier from 347-761-3020 called me and said I was the winner of a contest from the Taboo show in Vancouver, and I won a trip for two to the Bahamas, all inclusive.  I asked if it was a scam, and he assured me it wasn't, and continued to tell me I needed to pay $299 per person, plus a $149 per person port fee in the Bahamas, as well as pay for airfare for one to Florida, and they would pay for the other one.  What a scam! I can't believe Taboo is selling their customers information.  I phoned taboo and complained that what they are doing is not ethical, and annoying.  I will never enter contests with taboo again!

I received this call after not answering calls from 347-448-8892, which sells you a fraudulent cruise prize. They are a landline and cell phone from New York City, respectively. I received them the Monday after going to some conferences in Toronto, Ontario. Please don't take them seriously!
