I do suppose, as an apparent newcomer, you have not studied previous posts, where it mentioned, that in the Oct-Nov 2012 issue of the AARP Bulletin, that the "card services" scammers, who prey mainly on the gullible and the elderly, are mostly drug addicts, and ex- cons, "working" on a commission, cheating people, to support their habits, and have that "position" because of the fact they are not suited for any other--who else would hire them? Read- study- and you will become informed. This scam has been going on for years.

Maximum Security Alarm / Sacramento / Andrew Higgins. Maximum Security Alarm, based out of Sacramento, California (1010 Hurley Way, Suite 525, Sacramento, CA 95825). Owned and run by Andrew Higgins . Is just one of many scams this Higgins family and their friends have been doing for a long time, at least 8 years for this company. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. Save yourself a hassle and don't do business or interact with these people on any level. You can reach the owner Andy Higgins on his cellphone @ 916-223-6311. He will tell you that his company in no way calls people on the Do Not Call Registry. I believe that's a lie because if you google Maximum Security Alarms and look at a few of the RipOff Reports and such, you will see action has been taken against them for doing just that. My husband heard my cell phone ring and told me I had missed a call.  Checked only to find all sorts attempts from this number but no messages.

Same here, called me, didn't answer try to call back and is constantly busy.  wondering if this is one of those Verizon calls that offer you a "Deal on your bill" and by deal they start calling Cuba with your number.

Called me twice

these people call my cell all day long. When I block one number they call from a different number. I tried calling them back one day it said the Magic Jack number was unavailable. They are rude when you do get someone to speak to. Wish they would all just go away!

Called me a moment ago. Again, another spam call. This time about the government loan where I am qualified to get free money without giving anything up front.  Strange, they say they're from the US Government, but they're all foreign. When I asked what House Resolution or Senate Bill authorized the grant, they hung up.

Unwanted call on my cell phone.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

This was a pre-recorded message with a woman's voice saying she was calling about "your credit card acct.". There was no mention of what credit card or which bank, just "your credit card acct.". The woman said that there was nothing wrong with my credit card acct.but that I could lower my APR to 6%. She said to press 1 to speak to someone or press 2 if I didn't want them to call anymore. I pressed 2 and was disconnected. There was no company name on my caller I.D., just "Brooklyn, NY".
