This is a robo-caller for a telemarketer.  Like most robo-callers, their computers log to their database.  If a real human ever answers, the robo-caller puts the answering human on hold and tries to get one of their real telemarketers on the line.

I just received this call yesterday.  It is a recorded message, stating I am eligible to save money on my electric bill.  I'm not sure if this is legitimate.

I occasionally receive calls from this number and they never leave a message.

I do not want calls from this company. I do not know who it is.
