I get three or four calls from here daily. I've told them NOT to call back and they continue to.

I got a call from them today. no message. called back and it was ING funds. They said it was a mistake, and put my number on the do not call list. Hope that's the end of it!

Call may be legitimate, however, I have received calls from them before that were questionable. The company the caller said she worked for is legitimate (D.F. King), they apparently solicit proxy votes for ING funds. On a previous call I told her I did not do stuff like this on the phone and requested she mail the information. Never received it. If you have anything like an IRA or other retirement fund, it may invest in ING and it may be legitimate. Then again......

Did not answer it. Never do if I do not know the caller. Did not leave message.

Turns out I own some ING funds and the call I got was about my stock proxy voting (which I had neglected to do). So, in my case, this was a legit call. With CID spoofing, you just never know.

ING Funds. Phishing scam. Sad but slick.

Got a call from this number, (718)559-4074, but there was nobody there. Caller ID said it was ING Funds. Oddly, I got a call a few days ago that was supposedly from ING but the Area Code was an invalid number. Makes it pretty obvious that these are spam calls, or worse. Don't - Do Not - give any information to someone who says they are representing ING. It looks very much like a spoofed ID and questionable at best.

Caller ID said ING FUNDS. Call daily several times. Leave no message. Annoying.

Are you using something other than the National DNCL? I've not had much luck with the DNCL, if you have something else that works please share. Thanks.
| Jen 2013-04-25 15:49:13 Unknown |
Me too. I give my cell number to only those I WANT calls from. I have my cell and home numbers on the DNCL and I get crap calls to both. It seems like I get more unwanted calls to my cell than legitmate calls. Frustrating!!!

They called and didn?t leave a message. Their second call. Using a call blocker to block them now.

They called and didn?t leave a message.

This number calls me almost on a daily basis! Being on the PERMANENT DO NOT CALL LIST on both my cell phone (which I NEVER give to anybody except family) and I still get unsolicited calls??? Makes one wonder if the DNCL gives out the list!!

Got a call this afternoon from this number. I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.

When answered there was no one on the line.
More Federal Government waste: The FTC gets 200,000 complaints a month. The FTC had a robocall challenge with a $50,000 award to the best robocall filter. Two guys split the $50 K and two engineers from Google won a non-monetary award for their filter. The FTC stated that it WILL NOT IMPLEMENT the filters but instead will allow "the private sector" to use the filters.
Lets see, the robocalls and phishing are done by the private sector. So I guess Rachel and her co-workers don't have to worry about losing their jobs.

I'm starting to get calls from this number also. Twice so far and no message left. Have you answered the call?
