My mother received a call and they told her to call this number.  She received a disconnect message. She received several calls from an "unknown number" and they told her she won 3.8 million dollars. And her $ 180 and another $480 she would get her 3.8 million dollars.  They said they are associated with PCH.

Got a call from someone who does not speak very good English.  Says they are part of Publishers Clearinghouse but I don't enter that.  Phone number it is calling from is 1-661-748-0240
