I just got same email from Frank hamilton and I Calles him and told him what a scam artist he is. Told him he was a dam idiot Lmao

I just got an a message in my work email stating that Frank Hamilton has an arrest warrant out for me and if I don't contact him that a law enforcement agent can come to my work or home and take me out in cuffs.  How ridiculous is that.  Who would send you an arrest warrant through your email.

I receive one from Frank Hamilton . Judges name Christopher Gill . 202-747-2142

YES - send  copy to the FBI as well as the  REAL District Court that this was supposedly sent from.  Be sure to include the header of the email.  Emails are NOT an official notification (nor are phone calls or faxes).

You do not get warned if you are to be arrested.  The police (or process server) just show up!!  This is a civil case IF you actually did owe money - not one for which you can be arrested or jailed.

I received an email from this Mike Anderson as well, the email said I was going to be arrested for check fraud and theft. The document came across on United States District Court  with a judges signature. Please let me know if the FBI would like a copy of this email. It scared me as well, but I knew I hadn't done anything wrong so I looked up scams and saw your post. Thank you Amber

Who do we contact about that

Although most of us know that this is a scam from the get-go many people like my friend get so scared that not only do they give their credit card information but verify the social security and address. Some would say that's stupid but a lot of people out there don't have access to forums like this or simply they are terrorized. Is there anything we could do to stop this man?
Obviously he has been doing this for years with the same name, phone number and email. Anyone?

received email from mike J anderson regarding warrant for my arrest for money laundering. Receiving calls from 845-789-5005. Continued to look info up, fraud alert popped up due to alot of people receiving emails from same person but different number and scenerio. I emailed this person back to let them know I have reported them to the FBI, FTC, Attorney General. I do not play with these SCAMMERS and they should be stopped. My email back to him was not nice and I hope he gets caught !!! Please everyone report this person as much as possible because he may email an elderly person an take all there money

i just got the same email from Mike J Anderson saying his office was located in Dansville Ny same thing they said money Laundering his number 585-232-4480 Something should be done and i think he got my info because i filled Bankruptcy which is public record

my phones blowing up with scammers at all times of the day and night, heres the best part, iv been registered with that donotcall thing and still nothing, just millions of calls lol the best is when the find out im in the army lol

I got a call from this number, stating I qualified for loan thru GE Money.  Has left me messages, but I have not nor do I plan to return the call.  I know they are a scam, English name foreign speaking.

I received a call and actually received a "arrest warrant" in my email. WTF is wrong with these people? I work for a company and we have to deal with people like this all the time for our eldery customers. These people are sick and need stopped!!! The next one that calls me and threatens to come to my house and take my children, I dare em. I will have my gun waiting. Tired of people getting away with this stuff. Yeah I received a call from this jerk at the number 718-616-8362. He stated that I had been approved for a 2,000.00 loan from GE money bank and all I had to do was send him 100.00. Yeah right I called the number back and it said the Magic jack caller was not available. SSSSSSSCCCCCCCAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just received the same arrest warrant email.  What a joke.  I was getting the calls last year now the emails.

Received an email from this person called "Mike" with an attached arrest warrant.  Google the number and see all these post.  In what reality does he think someone will email you a copy of an arrest warrant!  What s SCAM!!!!!!

This is a scam run by criminals mostly overseas.  They try to scare you into sending them money by saying you are in trouble blah blah blah.  No law enforcement agency is gonna contact you via hotmail, yahoo or any other web based email sites.  They use computer programs and websites and prepaid cellphones using fake numbers to make it look like they are calling from inside the u.s.a. but really they are most likely in eastern europe, India, china, or an african country.  These criminals get a lot of your info on social media sites and from hacking into private companies.  Don't fall victim to cyber criminals and please use common sense.

I received an email from a John Smith (email address: j.smith9898@hotmail.com) in regard to my husband. It was an arrest warrant supposedly from US District Court, but it doesn't state what city and state it originated from. It claims non-paid loan and cheque fraud. It gives Mike Anderson's number 718-616-8362. I'm going to call tomorrow and see what kind of crap this is. I agree with someone else's post. Why would a US District Court send me an email for an arrest warrant?

I received the same thing in my email this morning. Says check fraud and non-paid loan and has Mike J. Anderson (718-616-8362) at the bottom. I was concerned at first but common sense tells me that the US District Court probably doesn't send you an arrest warrant via e-mail. I googled the info at the top, AO 93 (Rev. 12/09) Arrest Warrant, and it comes up as a search and seizure warrant. I filed bankruptcy about 3 years ago so I'm pretty sure they won't be arresting me. Good thing my brother and uncle are cops and my dad is an attorney. They've all been forwarded the email as well as my state's prosecuting attorney and better business bureau.

I to received an email at 11:54 today and have been freaking out as to what the hell this is all about. It was from same person same Judge same phone number same everything. Ok I recived the same e- mail what do we do now can we hire a lawyer and do a group class action against this person . I to called him and he hung up on me

I received an arrest warrant in my email:  United States District Court.  But it doesn't state what district. there are no addresses or name of the company wanting to sue me.  The Judges name is Christopher Gill, I looked up the revision of the warrant and it says it's a search and seisure warrant.  But mine is claiming check fraud.  But it has Mike J Anderson and the 718-616-8362.

Been receiving calls from someone from this number.  That had all my information.  When I ask for what company he was representing he acted like he didn't understand me.  He stated that his call was being recorded I told him mine was too.  I also told him that my lawyer will be contacting him real soon.  We got disconnected.  I called them back and they have a machine that will take your name and number.  The next time they call me I will tell them I have the turned over there information and # over to the BBB and someone from that office will be contacting them in 24-48 hours.

This number has called my cell several times and left threatening messages, has also called my job as well. Dan Thompson is the name i was given. Tried calling back and got a magic jack recording. Absolutely a SCAM , and not a very good one!

have gotten called by them many times. each time, after they ask me my name and the number that was called and i give it to them to verify, they begin to tell me what my "charges" or problem is. I stop them and tell them I am on a recorded line.  They immediately hang up and I don't hear from them anymore. unfortunately, they don't keep track of the numbers they call, so they will call back.

Just received an email from Mike Anderson with an arrest warrant from an unpaid loan all I could do was laugh because what real attorney sends you the actual arrest warrant lol this is the biggest scam ever don't waste your time contacting this person.
