Called me 6/24/14 phone message center on phone identified caller as "GlobalTouch."  Asked for me by name to discuss my recent job application.  When I advised I had not submitted any job application ands started asking the woman questions she immediately hung up.  

Sounds like a theft Identity scam.

I have told this person to stop calling threantened them. I filed a complaint with consumer protection DO NOT CALL LIST. They keep calling has to be a way for them to stop. Ashley same girl keeps calling and they are super annoying. There has to be a way to stop people from being harassed? I don't get how they get away with it. This number called me 10 times and woke my kids up and they are sick and need their rest. I told her i was already in school, and to stop callilng and she hung up and continuously called 7 more times

These morons keep calling me everyday. I told them not to call me ever again but they continue to harass me. They call at least four to five times per day and Ii am tired of the harassment. When I don't answer, their associates from Arizona, and Georgia call as well.

Received a call from this number and asked if it was me and I said yes and they hung up on me

They called me 14 times yesterday..and several already today.  When I answer they just hang up on me.  They did leave a message and it was something about mortgage services?? I do I report them?  Isn't this harrassment?

Got a call from this number. Hear message, "You have reach the number 7188396905  that has not been assigned yet"

It's obviously a telemarketer. Called me the times in a row the third time I answered and asked for me then nothing as well...maybe it's the NSA...

They use my first name.  I did use job search on line.

calling back the number is not defined.

A female voice  says they she is my academic adviser. When I asked the Institution name she did  don't know what to say.
I said I have a high degree already. The answer: " We do high degrees as well.  It is a voice of a female.  Fraud for sure.  Even the tel. # is no one's. It strikes me that she don't comprehend English well.

Just got a call from this number. Let it go to voice mail.

Answer machine recording has person asking for me by my first ame and disconnecting immediately.  Unable to call the number back (not in calling area?)

they called been calling my phone all day so far its been 6 call it started at 1043 a  and the last one was 1230 p so far i am not answering it i don't  know no one live in this area code  they don't leave no voice  message at all

I've been getting calls from this number as well and when I call back it says 'number not assigned'...that's strange, and I used to work for the phone co and I never heard of this. What I did was block the number from being able to call my cell phone, I know you can do that with Verizon cell and you have to go on line to do it. check with your cell company.

Keeps calling evey hour or so for weeks now refuse to answer. It is super
