Called my cell, left no message.

These jerks are calling a place of business.  A weird number shows up on caller ID and they leave a voice mail stating this is a message for Suzzanne from Kevin Wilson stating that me or my lawyer must call them or it may be the end of the rope for me and if I don't call all they can do is wish me good luck and God Bless. #1 I am not Suzzanne and we do not have a Suzanne.  #2 They have go to be stopped from calling people especially businesses. He left a call back number of 718-971-5038.

Same here, someone called this morning stating that it was an urgent legal matter, so I called and spoke to Mr. Davis who was not able to give me any information regarding the amount of the loan or date of the transaction. He was only able to tell me that it was for 2010. I told him that I never recieved a letter or notice at my phone address and he replied that the original debitor email 21 times and and I asked him what was the email address of the company,he gave me my own email address. He asked me if I have ever been charged fraud. I told him that I would wait for Monday to get the court paperwork.

Me and my grandmother receive calls from the same people they threaten to take us to court. They told us that we owe a bill to Advance America, i called Advance America and they told me it sounds like a scam there is no record of us in the system. These guys have my grandmother SS#, her address, and more. One man call himself John Davis and the other one Kevin Wilson. You cannot even understand there language. They call us from 3 numbers 1. 718-971-5038 2. 646-918-2354 and 3. is Unavailable. They told us first they were a law firm, then secondly time the federal government. They said we owe $1100. So if anyone find out who these people is Please email me nakuragirl@yahoo.com.

They called 3 times and left a voice message saying I need to call them or have my attorney call and if not legal matters will be taking. Talking about I will go to jail. I did not catch his name cause I did not understand what he was saying. I do not pick the phone up when they call.

I got the same phone call

I get numerous calls I usually don't answer the calls Today I did Kevin Wilson is the man I spoke with he told me I had a payday loan out for 5,484 and I needed to pay immediately couldn't give me any dates on when the loan was taken out. told me I was going to get picked up at 11 am on Tuesday morning if I didn't make a decision on how I was going to pay. they are very persistant and will not leave us alone.

These pricks called my daughter too & I called them to find out what was going on. They told me that my daughter took out an Internet loan for $ 5000 from TD Bank & it hasn't been paid back. That they have an affidavit in front of them with all the information regarding the loan. When I asked him to give me the date that the loan was approved, he said that the date wasn't on the affidavit. There are at least 2 Indians, maybe 3 that keep passing the phone back & forth, however, I never head of a guy from India with the name John Davis (LMAO)

same script to get money.  I called the FTC and filed a complaint.  Best to block the number and ignor the calls

I also got the same call. Yesterday. I put in a complaint to the local attorney general's office. This is crazy. This guy was trying to intimidate me on the phone. saying I was going to jail, and the were going to call my employer. So I guess I will see what happens from here.

I got a VM stating that I would need to call him back ASAP before he takes legal matters on me. There were 3 criminal charges against me. He wishes me the best of luck as this case unfolds.
I called the number back and spoke to Jeff Wilcox who stated that I had a payday loan advancement that I need to pay back or they are sueing me for $5834 along with the 3 charges. I advised that I dont have a credit card or anything. He told me to go to Walmart and purchase a prepaid credit card and send him $400 by this morning at 9am. I advised that I dont have a car. Just trying to mess around with him. He stated that I would need to find a way. He wanted me to fax him a letter stating my name and my SSN and that I authorize them to take the money off my card and that I would be that remaining $250 on the next week. He wanted me Name, Address, Amount going to be paid, Card #, Exp Date, The 3 number code on the back, SSN, And a picture of my ID. I spoke with some people on this issue. They stated to have something faxed reguarding the issue. I called him back and he answered the phone as a different name.. I asked for Jeff, He stated hold on. Set the phone down and picked it back up. The same person.. He stated that he can not fax me anything. He was only a messager. He then came to give me and extention on the amount due till 10am this morning. I found all this information about this being a scam this morning. He is still calling my phone leaving rude VM's.
