so this Alex Martin or whoever this guy is calls me yesterday on my cellphone well I'm at work and tells me that there is a class act law suite agenst me in a courthouse the next day.when I ask him what its about he wouldn't tell me so he puts me though to his so called superviser how also speaks In indian and blah blah I cann't understabd him.so we go around and round and when he cann't get any money out of me.he tells me to have my lawer call him at this number 718-971-5724.but also if he doesn't hear from my lawer that I be in jail today 8/24.so when I lift for work this morning I told my wife make sure u come to visit me in jail tonite HA HA.but the real joke is on these guys.my wife and I have a website that deals in all kinds of bank loans so we know how payday loans work.you submite some basic info online to the company and they get back to you about you loan.but you have to contact them first.and when they finally get the ok from you.they sit up payments taking from you bank account on the dates you sit up [not them].and they also send you a contract in your email.so you know whats going on.these guys are trying to scam you.but if you need a loans you can go to our website everything is secure and you are protected .http://vitalfinancialsolutions.com

they called my home and even knew 2 of the people living in the house some how. the said they were from LLC Law Office.I called them back (a few mins later several times with no answer not even a recording) from my magicjack phone. After several tries they finally answered. The sownded like they were from India. I ask them what state there law office was from and he said new York.I traced that number 718-971-5724 on the internet and it was from Ny but it was labled under telamarketer with no name.

These people call me at work and calll my human Resource dept! Saying have your attorney or you call us back or we are taking legal action

I also have gotten calls from this phone number.  I have received calls from this person before....From a different phone number.  Do not give these ppl any info.. it is def a scam.. I have not even had any payday loans...

Since July 2011, I have received calls non-stop from someone claiming to be Alex Martin; heavy east indian accent. He said he's from the legal department of state attorney's office and that they were now on their way from my local sheriff's office to arrest me at my home. But, if I called him back right away, he might be able to help me.  Initially, the calls were from an 877 area code.  Now this "Alex" person leaves a call back number of 718-971-5724.  He now has my work place number and has started to harass me there.  I called my local Sheriff's office for "clarification on my impending arrest".  Of course,they knew nothing of it. But I made them aware of this scam. Just FYI, I called one of those cash online companies and they said it's a scam; they don't have outside debt collectors.  They assured me that they did not give their customers' information to anyone.  Seriously, these people with fictitious names must be stopped from their fraudulent activities.

it is definately a scam.   I played along with him for awhile and pissed him off bad when I acted like i was getting all his information to send the money and I asked him to spell his name.  He got mad asked why and i told him because he could barely say the name he told me.   He called me a b*tch and hung up.

I'm getting multiple calls from this number everyday, the man says his name is Alex Martin, he has a very heavy indian like accent.  He claims he is from some legal department of blah blah i can't understand him.  He says i owe him thousands from a payday loan company MyCashnow.com Beware i think it's a scam.

I am getting call's from this number up for 11 times a day, and always pops up as Unknown, But leave's messages saying I owe them Thousands of dollars, I do not owe anyone money, so when I asked where he was from and why he was calling me he told me "Shut your Damn mouth" Five time's and When I asked him is it was a scam or a joke he hung up on me.

I just returned a call from a message that was left on my cell phone voicemail and I asked if it was a scam and the foreign man that I spoke with got extremely upset with me and said that I will be sued in 3 hrs. for a payday loan by the fdc.... SMH any payday load that I'd gotten was paid so I asked the man to hold as I googled the phone number and the man hung up...
