This b****ead took 3.50 without my pemission. I warned the bank and they are atching for him.

Never authorized a charge from this company.  I never visited their website or don't even know of this company

got same $3.50 charge on my bank statement. canceled my card and my bank filed a fraud case. they are getting lots of us. imagine how many people didnt notice the miniscule amount missing and how much money they are scamming us for.

i guess this is happening to a lot of people. I too got charged yesterday. anybody ever download an app called happy fish on their phones? I dont know this website, but like everyone else had to cancel my card. it makes me really uncomfortable that a person cannot use their cards these days because of so much scamming crap. good luck all..

Same here!!! Went to BoA online to check my balance and then found out an unknown charge of $3.50 from this kagochi.com. Barely can understand why this thing has happened, since I don't have any chance to spend my money with my BoA debit card. Currently I'm staying in a country that doesn't even accept foreign debit cards and the only expense I have made recently was from chewy.com, an online pet supply store and netflix. It is very annoying how this bogus company, kagochi.com, reached my debit information. I hope this fcking scam get the s*** out of extorting money from innocent people.

3-16-13  I received a charge on my account for $2.99 and called my bank to find out what it was for because i did not purchase anything in store or online and they gave me the name kagochi with the phone number 719-445-8850. You try and call the number and it goes to a voicemail that you can barely understand and tells you to go to their website at support@kagochi.com and i cannot find it. My bank told me that I have to cancel my card and get a new one but whats the point when they can just get the info again and that puts me out with my automatic monthly debits what a f***** up situation. They need to be stopped if anyone comes up with info can you please let us know.

3/14/13  Pending charge of $3.50. Called bank to report. Bank gave me this number. Called. Could not understand. Will have to cancel card tomorrow; already have automatic payments scheduled for tomorrow. Made several purchases recently from Amazon; hope their database has not been compromised. . .

Got charged today $3.50 from these people.  Never heard of them.  Called the customer service number and it directs you to there website.  Audio is very creepy and very hard to understand.  Called bank and canceled my card.

I am sure most of the info is bogus. if anyone knows how to track IP, and banking transfers, i am sure wonderfull government would pursue this , but Hmmm.

Just found a charge for 2.99 from this company on my card. Had to cancel mine as well.

I didn't use this site, just found $3.50 charge on my credit/debit card - had card cancelled. Looks like this is some kind of scam. Never received a call.

Got charged yesterday for $3.50. Never done business with them or asked to in any way ever. I am very careful about my card yet I still got a charge. I am not sure how they got my account information. I called my bank and made a FTC report. Going to see who else I can file a report with (IC3, Better Business Bureau etc) about these Scammers so they get shut down quickly.

I did not receive a call from this number but I did get a charge on my debit card of $2.99 from this Kagochi.com and this was associated with it. Had to cancel my debit card.

Got charged 3.50 today. There is a website now says its for kids. They charge 2.99 for a month membership or 3.50 for bonus membership. I have never even visited the site!!! People beware

saw this transaction of 3.50 on my debit(capitalone) called my bank to cancel my debir and then spoke to this lady who went on to treat me like some dimwit who signed up for something and then forgot.

definite scam... what town did you go to when you noticed this charge? We have recently been in Reno and San Francisco. Let's get this s*** stopped!!!

I was unable to find the website..... I think you find a site with a that has one letter different in the browser address..... the website mentioned on the phone does not exist.... and the recorded voice is soooo creepy... this is a scam company set up to extract small amounts of $ from ppl...... hopefully it will be shut down before more ppl are targeted!!!

I have the same debit from my account. i reported to my bank.  The will need to stop your debit card.

I just had the same thing happen to me.  I had to cancel my credit/debit card and I do not even use it online.  I  did a search and it showed a website for a child's type virtual world and it is $3.50 for one month.
