Received a call from this number at 9:00AM this morning; I answered it and there was nothing but heavy breathing on the phone. So, I did it back to them and after 19 seconds they hung up. Guessing this was another one of those credit card scammers as they never leave messages and half of the time when you do answer, they don't say anything at all. I really wish the Do Not Call registry would step up their game a bit and intercept these calls.

My male voice said he was Barbara, with Card Services. LOL

Constant annoying calls from a number that when I dial it back, it is "disconnected".  This stuff has to stop

Just got call from 719 478-5289. Let it go to VM, no message. Then I blocked the number. What a pain in the butt.

'Barbara's' voice was very deep - like it was a MAN's voice on the recording.  What a joke!!!  When is the DO NOT CALL list going to be effective.  Or is that a joke as well?  Must be, because when I emailed my congressman, I didn't even receive a courtesy response back.  THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!  

It is a recorded message that says they can lower my credit card interest rate. The if you dial 1, someone gets on. I cuss them out and they cuss me back.

I forgot to mention, my favorite thing to do now is flush a toilet in their ear. But one of these days, I'm going to buy an air horn and then I'm going to blast the s*** out of their ear drums. Maybe then they'll stop calling ....

Yeah these a***oles are either getting lazy or cocky. A man named Barbara? Come on .... I've been getting these calls for years but they've never messed up gender like that before. Best thing you can do if you have the time to do it is waste their time. Pretty sure my phone number is flagged now though because sometimes they hang up on me only after having said "yes" and nothing else. I used to string them along a lot. One time I gave the guy the name of my city's police commissioner as my own name. After about a 20 minute conversation I told him he called me on my personal phone and that I was at work, so please call back my work number. I gave him the commissioner's number to call. It was of no consequence except that I wasted his time.

It was Rachael from card services...with a male voice saying his name is Rachael.
The can't even get their message's gender correct.
I took the call and I commented about that and the scumbag asked me if that was suspicious. .I replied yes it is because usually it is Heather.

Gosh darn Credit Card Scammer! Thought it was an emergency since it was close to a relatives number! Grr..

Got robocall on my Cell from 719-478-5289 caller ID said "NO NAME" on Tuesday 04-15-14 @ 1037 AM.

now these scumbag Card Service people are calling my cell phone - UN-FRICKEN-real.

message was in males voice saying his name was "Barbara" from Account Services and calling "with some good news"..... to lower my interest rate to as low as 4.9%.......Pressed 1....blah...blah.

The card service scammers   WILL  "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

Keep getting these calls from "Credit Card Services"  many times a day...different numbers.....They won't identify themselves and want personal info....When I said "Are people really stupid enough to give you this information".  they hung up on me.  when I tried to call back it was not a working number.  this is really annoying.......

Has ANYONE managed to get a REAL company number from these pass holes? I'd like to robocall them for a year or two.

I've noticed that since I have moved and changed my address at the DMV and the Post Office the Scam Calls have increased. The Government Agencies that claim to protect your privacy are the very ones selling us out to the highest lowlife bidder.

"card services" scam.  1st of all, they (caller) never names the bank from which they are supposedly calling from.  Red Flag.  No reputable banking institution will ever call you asking for your personal information, ever.  if you block them, They simply 'Spoof' the number and call you again, with a different number.  and the area code is usually from the middle of nowhere, too.  Today it was the above, plus 218-573-6958 and 407-934-5724.  FCC, the Do Not Call List, and the Consumer Protection Agency are all asleep at the wheel and cannot keep up with the Technology advancements of the scam artists.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
