Same scam for a boat listed on Craigs list.  Wanted my Paypal account and email.  Joseph Walker at Camp Leguene.  I think this is a Colorado Springs prefix.  First call came in on 405-593-8887.

This person is running a scheme. He pretends to want to buy your advertised vehicle from out of town, send you a check, have his driver pick it up, then mail him the balance of his over the amount check.
I think he is cheating people and should be arrested.
Please put a stop to people like that. I would hate to see someone fall victim to his tricks. Send the police there. Wire tap his phone first, he likes sending text messages, and won't answer the phone, because you might recognize some accent.

this person contacted me about a used car wanted to pay by check. was sending shipper. said he was on military bace in SC seemed suspicious. Number came up in a Nigerian scam list.
