We just received a call from this number (12/7/10).  The guy had an Indian accent. from a guy that says his name is Mark Williams and he's "the" Attorney General; he demanded a telephone number for one of our prior employees.  
We asked who was he again?  He said a supeona will be served against us as we guaranteed a loan on this employee.

We said he'll have to send us something in writing and we'll give it to him.  He then put another person on the phone who identified himself as "the Judge!"

They are complete idiots.  If he had been nice, we probably would have given it to him.

He doesn't realize he's dealing with a real company here, and we can be his worst nightmare.  If he does work for some attorney general, we'd make his life even more miserable.

I recieved a phone call also from this number, the person stated that his name was Robin Wilson.  I had taken out a payday loan about a year ago and really forgot about it.  This dude threaten me, making statements that the feds was watching me and that i was getting sued by the company i owed. He asked me is I could make a payment and asked me for my bank card #.  I told him i didn't have one and does not have a problem paying my debt so could i send a money order.  Wilson says no, that i could get a prepaid visa and load the money on there.  He than made me write out a statement saying that I would make 2 installment payments on certain dates.  I than had to fax this info to with the prepaid card # and a copy of my driver's licenses.  After I fax this info to him, I tried to call him back to call him back at the number he provided to get a conformation of the fax was recieved and I never could get an answer.   From not getting an answer and just sitting back and thinking of everything that went on during that phone call, it really seems like this is a scam and that my personal information has been stolen.  Is there anybody that I can talk to get this solved. please reply

i contacted cashnet myself and explained to them the cals i received from these enforcement officers and there representative stated to no longer provide them with any information and that they are fraudulent calls.

I keep getting calls from 719-695-0773 stating they work with cashnet and that they have me on fraud charges which is nonsense cause my account is paid.  They are indian arabian voices that are calling and there names are mr. anderson, or wilson.  They claim to be from the investigations bureau.  I dont know who they are but they had alot of my personal information, and stated my social had a freeze on it.  they are calling me and when i told them they were a fraud company he claimed some officer would be here to pick me up who i reported them too i dont know who these guys are or where they got the infromation but someone needs to stop them.

I, as well, have been getting calls on my cell and work with similar dialogue as previously written.  Does anyone know how to report this so that they will stop?

Just got a call from a MR Anderson, whom gave me a similar speil,  I quized him & he just didn't sound rite... Indian accent & all.  He offers no physical address or addition concrete info.

This person who identifies himself as Det. Wilson with the National Law Enforcement company not only calls my cell phone but my work number along with my home phone number.  When I returned the call the voice on the other end was of Indian decent (and I'm not talking American Indian either) he again identified himself as Det. Wilson and would not state the reason for his call but threatened to have me fired from my job and I would be arrested within the hour.  I told him he was no more an American Detective by the name of Wilson as I was the President of the United States.  This set him off and he told me to suck his D_ _ _ and that when I go to jail I will be F_ _ _ on a daily basis because he will make sure I am / that's how powerful a man he is.  I laughed and told him to do what he has to do and with that and a few more foul vulger phrases from his fat mouth he hung up on me.  I'm almost certain this person is representing CASHNET... a payday loan company. I had used and paid off within 2 weeks over 2 years ago. They tried to tell me I never paid them back.  I told them to take their best shot because when they are finished it will be my turn and I will make certain they would be put out of business and reported... especially if they messed with my bank account.  Haven't heard from them until today.  Funny part I am in the Bad Debt Collection field and I would NEVER think of speaking to a customer or anyone in this manner.  I hope someone who is anyone who can do something about these kind of people will look into this.  It isn't fair.

THIS FOREIGNER FROM I DON'T KNOW WHERE KEEPS CALLING MY PHONE ON BOGUS INFORMATION SAYS HE IS WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND CALLING ON FRAUD CHARGES.  HE IS VERY DISTURBED AND SAYS VERY INAPROPRIATE THINGS IF YOU CONTINUE TO TALK TO HIM.  SOMEONE NEEDS TO PULL HIS PHONE.
