Keep Getting phone calls from this number, it sounds like the same guy who used to call me from a different number.  Very annoying and very persistant.  I just ignore the phone calls now.

Thats what happened to me. This guy Samuel from the Department of Law and Investigation is pushy and insists that I owe $300 plus over $5k in legal fees for a loan I inquired about. Random.

I am with you on that one I think that I need to get my big ol English Mastiff in on this one... they haven't tried the social security number thing on me yet but what I figured out is that if I call them back over and over and over again like they have been doing to me... they blocked me! i am so happy and they did the same to my boyfriend he started calling them as well and they have blocked him... what I recommend to everyone is to just start calling them right back and you don't even have to say anything really mean just keep talking and let them know that you are going to keep doing it.

The jerk left me a message on my home phone today saying he is going to BLOG my Social Security number. Then he stated the number-it was correct. I would like to feed these a--holes to my big, bad German Shepherd. What a freaking hassle.

oh yeah and they have gotten about $300 out of my account and have racked up about the same amount in over draft fees careful of these f****rs

These people have called me 20 times in a row already this morning I work later in the day so I was trying to make sure that I have some sleep... the first one who calls me sounds like a Sweedish woman and the onther one who I speak with when I call the number back sounds Indian and claims to be names Mark Williams...they claim to be an attorney's office and say that I have debts that have gone to collections I let them think that I believed them and had him tell me everything that he wanted from me he wanted me to fax a statement which he told me verbatum to write basically saying that I wanted to pay out of court resolution they wanted mt billing address and my credit card number the cvb# and expiration date... My boyfriend called back and they cussed him out and this morning after I had hung up on her several times already I picked up the phone and this chick goes "look bi***..." they have threatened to send the cops to my house which I told them to go ahead and do they have threatened me with prison time I told them to "f****n bring it"..... I called the FTC all they can really tell me is that they are people who have hacked the database of the online payday loan place and got people's information and also that they are outside the country... Don't give them anything... Just keep calling them back till they stop calling you it has worked for me so far today.

Getting calls from someone who says they are an attorney (very hard to understand) and that I am being sued because I fraudulently received a pay day loan and have not paid it back. He goes on to say that he can "help" me if I call back right away. Had some fun calling him back and dishing out the same BS I was getting from him. He then proceeded to tell me he was going to make sure I was sued. What a moron!

Persistant isn't the word. I just did an inquiry about a loan, I never received or finalized anything and they said I owed 300 bucks???

annoying phone call. trying to get money for fictitious debt claim. don't even answer them.
