Got a call saying I was going to be served some court documents. Asked about what. Was given another number to call with to find out what it was about. They told me I could settle today but if I got the court docs that I would be unable to settle. Tried calling the numbers on the docs they sent me and the numbers didn't work and one went to a computer repair center. Got online and found this... a***oles.

i got a call today from a Walter white---his real name is..Robert wolf...good try dork ...said that he is gonna mess up my checking account---what a joke.....

Different numbers, company name give was Central Check Processing and even same employee of Mr Walter White.  The phone number they called from is 602 635 4919 and the number Mr White gave to call him is 716 253 6091.  Same song and dance that they can prosecute for "check fraud".  voice mails left at my work, home and cell did not state what company or that they were attempting to collect a debt.  They also hinted at correspondence that was sent either to the debtor or to Central Check Processing which I have not sent to anyone  When I call him at the 716 phone number he left he again did not state that this was an attempt to collect a debt.  He stated that this was for a loan with Advance America and refused to send a validation letter stating that the fact a single ACH payent from a closed bank account is proof enough the debt was valid.  I happen to know that they must send a collections letter within five days of calling and they also have to validate the debt if requested.  This second step should be send as a request via US mail certified, return recept requested.  This way you have proof that they received the letter and that someone signed for it.

I am going to call Advance America and validate the debt with them directly and if it is vaild pay them directly and not Central Check Processing as they have violated several Fair Debt laws.

Mr. Williams, maybe you should learn how to spell and speak proper English before you just judge people. I get these calls to and have NEVER had a payday loan. I also pay my bills on time every month. There are ALOT of these scams going around and a "TRUE" debt if it is indeed what it is. Should have no problem providing it in writing, which is required by law in many states. But, when you ask these jerk offs for it. They say they don't have to give it to you.. Therefore, if you can't prove to me I owe the debt, I'm not paying you crap.. Sorry, I know who I do and don't do business with.

these people are calling my place of employment regarding me.  but when my boss returned their call they say they dont know what they are talking about and maybe its best that I call them back.

Have been recieving a bunch of phone calls from various reps. As proof they sent a spoofed email and the dude said his secretary typed it up. Various numbers from different state area codes. Am not sure if this is a clown school or a debt scam. The males that work there sound like Crusty the Clown.

Ladies and Gentleman their still doing it! My youngest son just recieved a call at his work from Central Check Processing. A Mr. James Marshall from Arizona. Stating to my son he wants his mother to call him in regards to a Payday Loan I had suppose to have taken out in 2008. NO I DID NOT! I don't do payday loan. Please beware as you all have been. I have reported them to MN BBB and to the Arizona BBB. My next call will be to the Attorney General of both states. The number they are calling from is 1-602-635-4144. I just went through all this three months ago from people in Colorado. That a processor was going to serve me, that I committed a Federal crime etc, etc.

I just got a call from Walter White at federal check processing saying I had a past due pdl.  This is the same company Monica Hans was calling me from 2 years ago but her office was in NY. This guy is calling from CO. Same story. This company buys lists and try's to get ppl to pay them. Threatening and rude. If they can't send you proof of the bill owed in writing to your house or PO box then it's NOT legal. They will ask you if email or fax is ok to send that way. DO NOT accept it that way. They need to put a stamp on it and mail it. They won't do that or will say they have sent it snail mail several times. DO NOT give them any info. Make them tell you what info they have on you. All they have done is bought a pdl collection lost that's most likely old! Talk to them about salvation! Maybe someone will repent from the fraud they are committing lol!

I just received the third call from Leah Armstrong from Central Processing Center stating I have a balance was going to send it to my local county weird they did have my last four numbers of my bank and license number she said they would pursue to legal action  told them from what company said it was from Cashnet/Advance America... told her i dont recall..I will check with bank checked with my bank and no info on that... My bank told me to ask for transfer wire number or federal tax id ...they couldnt give me either or run arounds...she keeps calling my work wanting to speak to my supervisor ... this people have to be caught....and I keep getting calls form them 720-253-1291

got a call from this company stating they are faxing over paper work for check fraud! still waiting! get a life it will never happen!

look "scum bag, don't be a F***'in judge.  who are you to say all the post are for people can't pay bill's... as far as I know you maybe one working for this company.  be careful what you say, because one day this s*** is going to happen to you and you're not going to like what these people go through in cases as such!  so keep you mouth shut if you have no advise to offer....

I got a call from Mason Ewing and a Sherri Hanson, from (720-253-1291) claiming "Check Fraud" via my friend in another part of the of the state.  Stating that I owe money to them, I checked all around and seen that the bank they were talking about was true, but no transaction was made...  nor picked up, so I tried calling the original place, they said they have there own  debt collections...  I called Mason back and he went on a 3 way call with the company I owe money too and they said I didn't owe, and then turned around, I guess your clear.  So I said I owe nothing? mason said "yes"...  I hung up.  he called back to say I said the wrong info, and then he said maybe they took it down wrong....  I told him that I was reporting him and his company and hung up!

I got a call from Leah Armstrong saying that she has tried to call me multiple times now, even though that was the first and said I had complaint filed against me and I would forfeit all my legal rights. This is not the first time I have gotten a scam from these type of people it's stupid and ridiculous and I told the last company who tried to send me it in the mail and they never called back and I got no more calls.

if you have received a call in which you were told that criminal charges are being filed, a process server was coming, a lawsuit was pending, or a detective/law enforcement agent was speaking to you, please file a complaint with the NYS Attorney General's office by calling 716-853-8404.  If you have been accused of "check fraud" over a payday loan, this is a false statement. ask them to mail you written verification of the debt (via US MAIL).  the FDCPA states they must do so upon request.

Received same call, but from a Mr. Williams. Told me that I had gotten a payday loan in someone else's
name and that he could get me on fraud charges!  I asked for the company name and to send paper work. He asked why, "so you can lodge a complaint, we have ways around that.". I recorded the conversation and while filing a complaint at the Attorney General's office, it was used in the complaint because I made it clear we being recorded. He said great, so am I. He did everything in his power to try and get me to say that I had done this, and he was pretty good at it. He was an a$$. He wouldn't shut up long enough for me to try and figure out what the he'll he was talking about. Finally, he got tires of talking to me... And hung up! I called back, he hung up again!  He then started piggy backing off of a T-Mobile line and I also filed that with the AG.

Those who are defending these guys, have to work for them. They're all arrogant!
