He says he is only available by text (he is on a contract in Genoa) but wants to buy my car sight unseen by Paypal then he will have someone pick it up. I advised him only cash at the bank is accepted. :)

Using a scam to "buy" an advertised motorcycle on CraigsList. Wants to buy it for his Dad but out of the country on a "no-call" contract, wants to do everything thru PayPal...pretty similar to the Oceanographer scam.
