Some jerk that from Swan Energy keeps calling our office.  He ask to speak to the owner and I asked him several times what this is regarding - he keeps saying a project - so I asked what type of project, he got frustrated and told me that it was above my pay grade and hung up on me.  He works in a Boiler Room and I hope he goes to prison.  

Does having a website make a company legitimate? Or just help give it the appearance of legitimacy?

I have no experience with them, but I do know the guy calls often to speak with my boss.

But when I Googled them, I found some interesting links come up for Swan Energy that question the legitimacy of the securities they sell.

I called back and a machine answered Swan Energy, press 1 to be removed from the phone contact list or 2 for something else.  Obviously I chose 1, looked up the company on the web and it is a legitimate company, but what a terrible way to conduct business, constantly having a machine calling.  The voice I had spoken to quite a few times, seemed very robotic.

If you call the number back, it gives you the option to be put on the Do Not Call List.

He calls and calls never leaves a message. I asked him today what it was regarding and he said he wanted to send some documents regarding an investment company. When I told him my boss was out and asked if I could help him with anything - he said Nope, I'll try him back.

This personal keeps calling every day asking for my boss and refusing to give any information.  I have asked them to stop calling but they persist daily.  Anyone know who it might be?
