This company PR Associates (720)-636-8259 called a 3rd party and identified as Linda Baldin saqid to this 3rd party that I was being sued and that I had caused checks fraud and that they are taking me to court. that I needed to call right away.
This harrassment has been reported to the FDCP as well   district attorneys office.
I called and asked to speak to the office manager and she Linda said I am a paralegal; and I needed to speak to her mean while she said hold on to trace my phone call. I disconnected the call. within 5 minutes she called the phone # and left this message about that she was conducting an investigation, verifying my employment and to advised that there is legal proceedings and that this is a state prosecution defense.      this was the first ever received since I didn't have a phone until about a month ago.

Best thing about these people is every time they call they say we have a case against you and if you do not call us back right away we are taking you to court...LMAO...its been over a year and you still haven't...this company is so comical my husband and I love hearing there so called threatening messages....this company is nothing more then a debt collector & scammers dont give them any information. ..just hang up on them and block the number
