I am the customer service representative at 20/20 Tax Resolution. After finding these posts, I would like to address some of the concerns voiced here. We adhere to all FCC and Do Not Call requirements. Additionally, it is company policy that no employee here is to be rude, crass or in any way disrespectful to a potential client. Called wanting to speak to the owner regarding a tax matter. Know of no issues...told him to remove from the list and not to call back. Annoying!

Got a call from this guy. He said 20/20 Evergreen tax service or some such thing. I have no tax issues so deleted his message. Sounds bogus as this is my home number and I do not have any bussiness. He said he is calling for the owner or the person in charge of taxes. So a cold caller looking for some bussiness.

I got a call from this number (720-974-9231) regarding a lien the State put on our company. They called my home number and I'm not sure how they got it. Apparently the State put the lien on because of past due payroll taxes (which is true) and they were calling to offer help dealing with it. The company is called 20/20 Tax Resolution and their web site is www.2020taxresolution.com. When I told them I was already working with a local accountant to clear things up they were fairly pleasant and wished me luck. I've called the number back and they answered right away.
