this number has called me several times, but never leaves a message.

Beware, this is a big scam.  The operator will tell you that their company (IDT Energy) can save you a lot of money, and then asks if they can record you saying your name, address, and account number (they have your account number handy, as this is publicly accessible, and ask you to write the number down and repeat it over the phone).  As I'm talking to this person, I type into Google: "IDT Energy scam" just for kicks, and up pops a number of websites describing in detail what is going on.  They are trying to trick you into switching to their service, which many bloggers will say increased their electric bill sometimes over $100.

got a call from this number and there was no message. apparently it is west penn power. I do not have them or want them.

Just got a call from the same number said he worked for some power company and they were askin west penn cust....and that's when I hung up

Called asking for the person in charge of the West Penn Power company, which we don't have in our area at all. No clue?
