YOU NEVER SPEAK TO THESE PEOPLE-HANG UP OR CHANGE THE NUMBER BECAUSE THEY'LL JUST KEEP CALLING

Doesn't speak english and do not give any information to this person..however if you do owe money
make arrangements with the company you owe money too. otherwise do not speak these people.

same guy with that same number called me, and demanded me to send a 400 dollar check and when i said i never took out any pay day loan, he said he was sending the cops over to put me in jail and to start the process of theft charges, what a idiot this is a scam who does he think he is.

same guy called me a foreign speaking. I looked him up and called him out on being a scam... And he started telling me f*ck off..   I hope he dies whaT A FU%^ING LODE OF S***.

same guy called me 4x in less than 5 min. calling both cell phones and my job he called 1st with a 0000, then he called from 3233451164, and then he called from 7243307080 this is a scam and he makes it sound good talking about he needs your attorney info

Received a call from this # today and they said I owed money to a cash advance. When I told them I have no record of this loan, he said I must pay. I called him out and said he if was really a bill collector he would have to record this call. He said he is recording it, and then I said he violated my rights because he never told me it was being recorded. Secondly I asked if he could send me an invoice, and if it was my debt, I will handle it. He wanted to email it to me and I said I want it delivered through the postal service. He got angry with me and said we will just see you in court. I told him my request was very reasonable.He had an old address, and I asked him if he was going to ask for my new address... It was an obvious scam.. I just wish there was some way to stop this.

I had that happen to me and another call just came through I just ignore them

I rec'd the same call at work.  Told me my name and SS# is under investigation and pending lawsuit.

Yes, I have been recieving the same kind of phone calls. Just today, they told me that I was going to be served with court papers on Wednesday and threats that they are going to prosecute me. I have no idea what loan they are talking about. I have never received any loan of any kind that they are claiming. My question to you is, did it ever stop? And what have you done about it?

a man with thick accent has called my cell phone and work harrasing us about loan and even swore at us.. then when he called my work, he told my manager that he was a law enforcement and told my boss to f*ck off.. these people need to go to jail

Yep... Same story, Calling my cell and work wanting to recieve loan payment for something that does not exist.

Received call from this number by a foreign speaking person - scam artists looking for payment of loan that does not or never existed.   Get them all the time from various numbers.
