Just got the call 2 seconds ago, answered it and it is the New Castle News...I didnt let her even begin
talking and told her I do not want the NC News ..that I buy it when I want one and to take me off her list
she said I can do that for you and we hung up...hopefully this will end the daily calls from this nbr.

Received about 10 calls from this number in the past 2 weeks (at least) even two calls today and it is Sunday. I don't pick up and they don't leave messages. I've had problems before with calls about subscribing to local newspapers - even at work, first time from a local number, if it is about the NC News...a couple of years ago it was a Las Vegas, NV number. Are they allowed to do this? What good is being on the Do Not Call list?

Called them back and got some local newspaper group. Asked to be removed from their calling list.

Have received multiple calls from this number. Pick it up....no answer. Just called the number back today (Sat 2/25) and got an answer! Was told they were calling for the Herald Standard in Uniontown, PA. Asked them to put me on the "do not call" list. Let's hope the calls stop!!!!!

I have recently been getting this number also with the same results: no message left, New Castle, PA ID, and no one there when I answer. I did do a reverse search and only found that it was a landline based in Pulaski, PA. I refuse to pay to find out who owns it. If I do find out it is the New Castle News, they will hear from me directly in a strong complaint.

When I called back I got a service representing the New Castle News. I've received about five calls from them today. Probably won't be buying a subscription any time soon, thanks.

They called, leaving no message of course. I called that # back.It said " thank you for calling, goodbye." Oh yea, I waited until 3:30 in the morning hoping to disturbe someone

calls constantly on my cell.. i never answer and they never leave a message ... it says its from New Castle PA... looked it up on whocalled.us and it says landline...pain in the butts.r3h6
