It's a robocall that asks you to call their 800 number.  No indication of why they want you to call.

Its Humana medicare and they want you to tell them all your personal information so that they can "coordinate your care" basically so they can report back to the government/ CMS what your up to. I told them basically I have Doctors and I pay them to take care of me. I pay Humana to pay the Doctors so what I do is my business and to quit calling. They are contracted by the government, other than that I don't have to talk to them unless its concerning a claim or a bill. Period.

I've been getting these calls since last Fall.  I have told them I am not going to take their surveys any longer and to remove my number from their call list, but they still haven't! First it was a guy named Lorenzo, then a girl named Paige Woods, leaving me voicemails, with" exciting news" but they leave a 7 digit extension number to call back. When I did, I got voicemail! I told them to QUIT calling and playing phone TAG on my cell minutes!
I will be keeping track and reporting here.  To the other posters, this is no "nurse" calling. You don't know what you are talking about! They are nuisance calls being made to Humana members who don't want SALES calls for their other "extra services" which come out of pocket anyway. They need to stop when asked!!!

The phone number is Humana cares. This is a great service to Humana members. If you do not want to receive the calls, simply answer the phone and tell them you aren't interested. They will quit calling, if they don't, just call Humana's customer service and tell them, they will be able to get the calls to stop. We love when our nurse calls to check on us every month!

Not a telemarketing call. If you tell them you're not interested and they continue you should call Humana. They'll make it stop.

I get calls from this number almost monthly.  They keep asking questions that, IF THEY ARE HUMANA, they should already have records concerning their call.  I think this is some kind of scam.

These are harassing calls from 727-329-4898 (CID says 'Humana Cares') even after I'd demanded cease calling because I'm NOT interested in its services!!!

This is a Humana Cares worker.  If you're getting this call you just got out of surgery or the hospital for some reason. They provide a service where they call their paying customers and check up on them and make sure they are doing okay.  It's not a salesman, you've already paid for the service by having humana insurance.  It's just an additional service they're providing.  If you don't want an RN checking up on you after a surgery, then answer the phone and tell them you're not interested, they'll leave you alone.

As stated earlier, this number belongs to Humana Customer Service - In my case it was for a per-authorization on medication.

This is a call from Humana Cares. If you receive it, you surely have insurance with the company. I get a monthly check in from a Humana nurse at this number. It's a service I signed up for.

This is from a Humana Medicare Rep located out of an office in Florida.  They act as a sort of liaison between the consumer and Humana to provide extra services including a Field Manager that comes to your home if one is needed. We have been on this program for several months and am grateful for it.  Our contact is Amelia.
