This is crazy - how do we make them stop calling????

I am getting it from the following numbers:

I have to keep my phone on silence because the calls begin at 7:00 am.

Does anyone know how to block numbers on a cell phone?

Called twice one day. When I answered, they hung up... I suspected boiler room calls. (is that the right terminology?)  The name that came up on my caller I.D. was Inc., Inc.  They called again the 2nd day and again... no one on the other end.  I called the number back.  Some guy answered and I asked him the name of the company and he said, "Gulf Bay."  He asked for Sheila T. (my mother)... I told him that she did not live at my home and he hung up on me.  I called the number back and talked to someone else and played along, like I was Sheila T.

They told me that they were going to enter my name for a $1,000,000 drawing. But first they wanted to know if I was between the ages of 18 and 50.  I told them I was 70 years old.  She said, "that's okay."   I ACTED so excited.  I asked them how they got my number and they said from my credit card company.  I told them I hadn't had a credit card in over 30 years.  They then said they got my number from my bank coz my bank does this kind of thing for their customers once a year. (I still played along.)

Then they told me they were going to send me three magazines to try out for free... and for $4.60 per week, they would add another one.  I told them I was on a budget and I couldn't afford the $4.60 per week.  She said that was okay and she was going to enter me in the $50,000 drawing (guess she got a little mixed up and forgot she said $1,000,000 earlier during the call.)

She then said, "I'm going to transfer you to get you signed up."  Then she said, "Have a good day", and she then proceeded to hang up on me.

I think they are going after older folks and trying to get their credit/debit card number.

Called me today on my cell phone at work.  I played along for a while to see if they would ask me for my credit card number.  They had my address and that I had a Visa card.  Same deal, Gulf Bay Incorporated... offered 4 magazines with 1 costing $4.60 a week.  Kept congratulating me and said he would have his supervisor call me back to ensure he was courteous.

Never asked for credit card # only that I had a Visa card...  Hung up and I never recieved a call back....

This number, like all the others, if I don't know the number I do not accept the phone call. If the call really is that important, they will leave a message.

No message is left by them. They have called me twice, as well as the other numbers.

What I do is save the number to my contacts list under the name of 'No No No', and the next time they call me, I know to not accept the phone again. Right now I have 18 numbers marked as 'No No' or 'No No No'. In this way I save my minutes for my important phone calls, and not let the crooks take my minutes that I pay for each month. As the economy worsens, we will see more of these scams on our cell phones.

I have received at least 10 calls from this number in the past 2 days.  I hit ignor each time.  From what I am reading this is a scam.  Company needs to be taken out of business!  If it continues, I am gonna try to block their number.  I use a cell phone so now I know someone I have talked to on the internet has sold my number.

i have recieved nurmerous phone calls from this number. They do not leave a message.

These people are calling me while I'm at work.  I work in the court system & this is unacceptable.

SARA CALLED MY JOB ASKING FOR MY HUSBAND REGARDING HIS CREDIT CARD, I TOLD HER I WAS THE WIFE AND THAT WE DON'T OWN ANY CREDIT CARD'S FOR WHICH WE DON'T.  I ASKED HER WHAT THIS WAS ABOUT AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT AND ASKED FOR HIM AGAIN, I TOLD HIM HE'S NOT HERE DUHHHHHHHHHH AND SHE HUNG UP.  WHAT A BUNCH OF MORONS.  I DON'T NEED THESE CALLS AT WORK.

its from clear water florida and they are telling you that your credit is good and that you are in a drawing for a 1000 dollars and you won a gold watch and they want your address so they can send it to you. i told them i was homeless and they hung up on me.

I get many calls from this number evryday for the past month. I answer and no one responds back. I have blocked this number in my phone but then i get calls from a simmilar number with sames results. how do we stop this?

they called my man on his cellphone. claiming that he won. but he had to give them his credit card number to confirm it.
thing is, they could NOT believe that we do NOT have a credit card. they kept claiming that he has one.
in fact the person who called him went down the list of credit card companies. claiming that my man HAD to have a card with one of those companies.
in fact even after he pointed out that they had called his cellphone. they refused to get off of the phone with him.

THIS number keeps calling when i answer they hang up they call atleast 3 times a day how did they get  my number

I got 10 phone calls from this # no answer

called three times in one day.  No message

Calling me several times a day - one time I answered and the guy said he was calling from Clearwater FL and had great news for me. I said I wasn't interested and hung up. They keep calling.

am also receiving multiple (unwanted) calls from this number - three in three hours just today

I will never answer any of them but would like block their calls or not receive them - any tips?

Constant calls....all day long. I tried 3x's to call them back. It plays music for 5 minutes & then hangs up. I guess I will answer them, and ask them if their constant calling is because they have a cure for me from my 4 recent brain surgeries because that's the only reason I would want/need anyone to call me that much. We'll see what they say!?

I called the number and was told the name of the company is Gulf Bay.  Their mission is to put me in a sweepstakes for $1,000,000.  I told them I was not interested and to take me off of their call list.  I was told that would be done.  Let's see what happens.

Unwanted phone calls from this number.

I keep receiving this call about every hour for the last 2 days.  It's getting very annoying and I answer and no one is there or if they are there I tell them not to call anymore.  They keep calling anyway.  Not sure what to do.

SCAM - they try to get your credit card info - hang up!

They also call me at least 5 times a day.  Finally just answered and was told they had "great news" for me.  I said I wasn't interested and got a rude response.  They call incessantly.  NEVER ANSWER.  If you can, get the number(s) blocked.

They call and when I answer there is no one on the other end of the line. I called the number back and told them to remove me from their calling list. They hung up.

Brandi. They call me about 5 or 6 times a day, as early as 7 in the morning until 9 at night.. I FINALLY answered today. They asked if I was over the age of 18 if so they had good news for me. I asked them to take me off of their call list. They cussed me then hung up on me. They definitely need to be reported!!!!
