I had been seeing this number on my caller ID now and then, finally answered it today because I had google'd it a couple times. The phone # was 727-544-0057. They asked a few questions and said I qualified and that a rep would call me. I said fine, I wanted to see what's up.

A few minutes later I get a call from 727-544-0056 and speak with someone else. He is offering a credit card w/ $500-$1500 credit line, and they can do this for a 1-time processing fee of $129 that they get from a bank account. I told him I wasn't interested and he asked why, and I told him because it was $129, and he explained that this was not a random call. He said my name/# had been submitted to them ~6 months ago and that my credit score must be under 500. It very well could be, I'm not sure, as I've had credit card problems in the past. We didn't get to any part of them asking for bank account info, as I had to go and just told them to forget about it.

I got a call from the number 727-544-0057. Seeing the 727, I didn't answer. They only let it ring a couple times before hanging up (Usually they wait until they reach my voicemail) Then two hours later they called again from 727-471-1414. I was hoping that never answering would make the calls stop but so far it has only caused them to try my phone at different times of the day.
