Same routine - no-one on the phone, and then when you call back you get that 'restricted' nonsense.

I get a phone call and a hang up.  Caller ID says "restricted".  I have no idea who is calling me.  Wish they would stop.

These guys will not quit. Interesting that these so called "angels of mercy" have called from 8 different extensions so they are difficult to block. I wonder if I should block 727.835.0200 through 727.835.0240 ---- they would probably knock on my door next. One with half a brain would stop calling after numerous "no answers". I believe this is a police charity but police get wages and I do not need to give them any "personal charity". I wonder whether a policeman would donate money to me if I called his home 30 times on behalf of my sick granddaughter who has no health insurance.

I too got a call from a solicitor, apparently working on behalf of the State Troopers Office, he was VERY rude, and demanded that I donate money.  I tried calling back, but was unable to trace the call.  The name on caller ID was R. Martinez

Caller hung up when I answered. When I called it back, a recorded message said I was calling from a phone which has calling restrictions, or I dialed a number which cannot be reached. There was no area code on the ID, but I am within the 727 area code.
