I have gotten calls from this number at a variety of times of day and night. The caller ID says "Tedd E Bear".
When I answer there is no-one there and the phone eventually disconnects & goes to rapid beeping.
I believe it is calls from paid fund raisers from the State Trooper organization. I have asked to be put on their do-not-call list but to no avail.
I googled Tedd E Bear and found this mention:
Tedd E. Bear is the mascot of the Florida Association of State Troopers. Apparently, FAST has hired a telemarketing organization--or more than one--to solicit donations using the old "we'll send you decals" scheme. Tell them to put you on their do-not-call list, and be firm. The telemarketing agent who called me tried to negotiate.
