This guy called me asking for money for the FOP or something along those lines, and when I said I wasn't interested he said "That's a shame because they put their lives on the line for you every day" and immediately hung up.  I was furious because my dad is a police officer and I know better that this idiot what they do every day.  It was like he was trying to give me a guilt trip and wouldn't even stick around on the line to hear my response.  I never give to those phone-in organizations anyway because they are only required by law to give 20% of what they make to the organizations they "represent."  If I want to give to the police, I will give to them myself and NOT through one of those agencies.  I tried to call back but got the same story as these other posts.

(727)835-1370 Caller ID title was incoming call, they hang up on you.

JAX CALLER 727-835-1370 calls every day.  Finally answered to tell them to stop calling.  Asked for my wife, told them she was not home, dude just hung up.  Very rude and annoying way to conduct business, if that's what these guys are doing.  Set for auto call back and dialed them about 10 times in a row, they don't answer.  Hope it bothered them though.

I just got a call from this number minutes ago and immediately googled it.  I don't recognize this number and when I called it back it just kept ringing.  I get a call from this number at least once a day at any given time and it's really annoying.

Received a phone call from this number last night (12-11-08) around 8:00...since we had no idea who Jax caller was, we didn't answer the phone and no message was left. After finding this number by googling it and reading that we are not the only ones to get a call, I felt it was important to report it.

Received a phone call from 727-835-1370 but since we didn't know what Jax caller was, we didn't answer it. I decided to google this tonight and was surprised to see that we are not the only ones to get a call from this number...thank you for the info and we definitely won't be taking the call but will try and have this number reported if that's possible.

Same as others! Show up as Jax Caller.  No message and does not accept inbound calls.  What a bunch off  Bull Shot!

They call but no one on the line tried to call but no answer, want to stop them from calling

I too have been receiving calls from JAX 727-835-1370 and also receiving calls from same area code but the last four digits are different....5174.....I have no way of knowing that these two are one in the same...but think this is a very good possibility.  With this second number were initials....WCS.

Will not answer calls that I do not recognize or show no name or number....and  don't call a number back when there is no message left!  Is there nothing we can do to stop these calls?????

THEY DO NOT LEAVE MESSAGE.  WHEN PHONE IS PICKED UP, NOTHING BUT SILENCE.

Caller ID shows as "Jax Caller".  Just as it states above over and over nothing is ever said, just a clicking noise until i hang up.

call showed up and hung up as i answered. Caller ID shows as Caller Jax.

Called several times weeks apart, do not talk or leave message, can hear 'clicking' as they pick up and hang up repeatedly while I stay on the line until final disconnect recorded message ' ... if you'd like to make a call, please hang up ...'

I had this also caller showed as 727-835-1370 as Jax Caller. I went
to add this number to my call block service, and cannot! I tried doing
this when these calls started coming in at 12 mid night est 11-24-2008!!!!

This number comes up as Clearwater, but they do not leave messages they just keep calling

they call you but you can call back they will not take calls.
