Google "caller id spoofing" and you will find how these calls are made.

How do people make up numbers and call.    This number, 728-273-5108, came thru on my phone, and it seems to be a non-existing area code.

I am reporting it to my phone company, and my local police.   I believe this is harassment from a stalker.
