getting the same as all of the other posters. someone needs to do something about this...

They started calling me about a week ago. i never answered because i'm trying to avoid debt collectors. they never left a voicemail but they called about 4 times a day. so finally i called back the number and it's college information source. some company trying to get me to go to school. so dumb. if i don't answer the first 5 times maybe it means i don't want to have anyting to do with you. stupid company.

Started yesterday 10/3/2012 and when answering nobody is there and then all of a sudden it ends with "goodbye" kinda like we left a voicemail yet it was them calling us. Have no idea who it is or what is about. Rather annoying... we just moved so have been getting a lot of calls about "congrats on the purchase of your new home..." and it is about cleaning or repair or lawn care or upgrades to do to homes, and we are renting which apparently isn't apparent to them. So if it is something about the water or internet/cable/phone bundle thru Verizon that is the only ones linked to that number, electric and trash is another number that hasn't gotten any calls. (the owner of the home is out of state so of course they won't send him the calls cause it's a total different state/area code)

Been getting these calls for a week now.  If I don't answer there is no message, if I answer there is no one there.  I called it back one time, got an answer that sounded like it was coming from a call center and when I told them not to call anymore she hung up and called back the next day.  I'm starting to get real pissed

These calls started after my wife filled a profile on monster.com, she inadvertanly filled out one of the school questionaires thinking it was part of monster's requirements. now the calls are non stop night and day from about 7 different places, using about 15 different numbers. What realy sucks is, we just changed our number after having the same one for 19 years to stop getting calls from people we don't even knows creditors. I really don't want to have to change it again, but will probably have to, since there is nothing that will stop these conscienceless drugges of society from calling....especialy since she filled something out mistakenly giving them permission

Very frustrating. Whoever it is keeps calling and won't leave a message. I finally ansered it, sounds like some sort of recording but then i am disconnected. I evern tried calling it back with no luck, says all circuits are busy.
Maybe it is another ridiculous election recording....

I don't answer unknown numbers, I have no idea who would be calling from Florida.
