757-220-9459 - caller ID shows WILLIAMSBURG, VA - no one there. When you try to call it back, it says the number is not in service. This should be illegal to do these calls !!!

Since it appears that most of us who are getting these calls all have caller ID.
If we could get as many people as possible to NOT answer these calls we might be
better off.
At my house if the Caller ID comes up unknown or unavailable we DO NOT Answer it.
I dont bother picking the phone up. I dont call them back. If they cant leave
a message then it couldnt be that important. If you do call them back they might
not call back, but I would bet a paycheck that since they know you are a real
person, they now will sell your number to 50 other callers you dont know.
If someone I do know wants to hide their caller ID number then they will just
have to wait until I listen to the message and call them back.
It's YOUR phone. You have no obligation to alter what you are doing to answer
it. Enjoy life and just let it ring. If answering the phone is what you live
for, then get a second number and double your pleasure with these idiots.
The "Do Not Call" registry doesnt seem to work. Maybe the "Do Not Answer"
registry will have some effect.

Multiple calls from 757-220-9459. No voice on other end when one picks up. Leaves no message. Number rings with no pick up when called back.

Got a call from this number this morning and a man asked for me by name. When I asked who was calling he hung up. I haven't tried calling back. Annoying!
