Hey jason, you need more than just yourself to file a class action lawsuit.  And I'm not sure what grounds you would have for filing a personal suit against this ashley chick.  I would also like to know what kind of law your friend practices, out of pure curiosity.  I understand you're angry, but you sound really uneducated.  You didn't even leave any valuable or constructive information.  Oh, and every collections agency is the same...shady shady shady! :)

I received a call from this number at my parent's house, funny thing is my parent's just changed their home service and got a new number. My name isn't affiliated with this number in any way so the fact they called me on that number was a questionable flag. My step-brother answered the phone and a Samantha told him that they had needed to talk to me in regards to a case (no case # was given) before they proceed to next step. I called and either it was an Angela or Ashley that answered, no company name and asked how she could direct my call, i told her Samantha (never gave a last name) and she asked who she should say was calling and I gave her my first name, she never asked for any last name or case number, nothing. Well Shannon, Supervisor of something or another, intervened and said that they were making a last attempt to collect a debt from a supposed Visa that i had opened in 2003 and paid til 2005 and then quit paying and that they were going to send it to the attorneys. I told her i have no idea on the bank she was talking about, never heard of it and she asked me when i pulled my credit report last in which i actually lied and stated it was around 2003  when i got divorced. She asked me if the number I called back on was my phone number I stated no it was my father's and I am homeless with no job and good luck to them. She stated real fast she was going to forward the info to the reviewing team and sorry they couldn't help me and have a good day, good bye and she hung up.

They called asking for my nephew and I told him that he does not live here. Called again today and I gave them his phone number as instructed by him. They are falsely trying to collect money - it is a scam - he checked his credit report and it is clean. They called his girlfriend also - I instructed them to report it.

These people are relentless, they try to bully people to get money! Shame on them would really like to know how they get relatives (even different names) phone numbers!

Some lady named Victoria has called my sister and I regarding a file that has come across her desk. When I called back they kept asking for my social security number. When I refused she got angry. I told her to send me a letter with what this was regarding and she kept threatening me. I have blocked her from my phone.

Mrs. Mckenzie saying a relative left my contact info, never heard of the relative, called this number back and it says its been disconnected.

They have called my sister and ex-husband and gave two different stories to them.  I have no clue who these people are or how they have gotten families members cell or work numbers.  I am contacting the FBI if one more call comes in..

Got a threatening phone call from this C_ _T, Ashley Butler.  Just wanted to warn her, before she loses everything she ever thought she had, See you BI***, you have f****d with the wrong person.  I have contacted all media & Ashley's life will never be the same.  I have everything she said on tape & its going to all media as well as the fact that I can be in Portsmouth, Va before sundown.  You know that file on your desk. I will shove it right up you a**.  This is going to be fun, I love it when a bi*** threatens me, because I'm really bored & now I have an agenda, & you can bet I will fullfill everything I have planned for this bi***. someone just call my sister -in-law from this number757-392-2093 saying her name was kelly and she calling about a file # so i call her back and ask her some information when i call she said hello very unprofessional know this is so and so company my name is how may i help you then she said it is very urgent my husband call her back she called at 6;30 in the evening  ans then she said a law in georgia dont allow her to give me any information reading other people comments i think this is a scam to get money out of people so just hang up when they call

I can't believe how desperate these people are. My mother received a phone call and she left a name which was Leslie from E Solution @ 757-392-2093. I looked the phone number up and saw how many people have received calls from these people. How in the he-- do they get away with this bull sh--? It is crazy. I am going to contact the Attorney Generals Office in the state where I live and let them investigate this for me. This is crazy.

My mother received a phone call yesterday from E Solution phone number: 757-392-2093 x 346 with a file number they gave her. I looked up the information and I dont know who these people are and I am not going to send them anything. I will contact the Attorney Generals Office and put in the complaint and let them handle it. If they want me, then they should contact me, not my mother.

I finally checked my voicemail and there were 7 identical messages from these people.... looking for my UNCLE with a COMPLETELY unassociated last name, he has my MOM'S maiden name, and I AM married.... how the heck did they know I was related to him???

We've been getting these calls too. Shannon is the girl calliing supposedly but she has three differnt voices this week. Very creepy! Anyways they are looking for my husband. They have been calling my in laws and prying for information. This debt they are calling about is one that was included in our bankruptcy over 10 years ago. They didn't show up to court therefore they weren't included and they diddn't get their money. Ha Ha  shame on you cause everyone that showed up got their money it took us 5 years to pay them all off but we did it. Sorry about your luck. My court documents say I dont have to pay anyone that didn't show up to court that day.  I will continue to ignore them and if I have to I will change my number.

Had "Amber" (with a nasal,anal voice) leave a rude toned message on my voicemail warning me about a 'file" she had just received on her desk and wanted me to be aware of. Missed the first half of the name but heard "Accelerated Solutions."

Called from phone #757-942-5770.....My bff just called me saying "have you been to VA lately?? or have you ever been??" and I said "no and yes why?" Apparently SHE got a call from a guy w/an Indian accent saying there was a criminal investigation against me and they had her name and another bff's name. The guy wouldn't say who he was with or what it was for but was VERY rude. I asked if it was REALLY loud behind him b/c I've gotten that call SEVERAL times and the guy fights with me and is threatening. I am in CO and have never lived in VA and he switched his story on my friend. I told her it was a SCAM and thanks for not giving out my info. I had to text my other friend to give her a heads up. I'm an upstanding citizen and owe on some bills but nothing worth "criminal charges" as he claims.

Samantha called my boyfriend on his cell saying he owed 3000 from a debt 10 years ago and if he didn't pay they would take him to court.   He said good luck and hung up.  I can't believe these people.

Shannon left a very rude/demanding message on my cell for someone I've never heard of, saying she wants to make her aware of file that was received in her office, leaving the file number to be referenced.  I called them back from a different number.  Lots of static, it took forever for them to answer and didn't answer with the name of the company.  Questionable if this is actally a professional business. Asked to speak to Shannon.  They wanted my name which I refused to give. Told them they called the wrong number and need to remove it from the file for this person.  Strangely, she didn't need the file number and hung up on me!

Called here today, (& numerous times over past 2 months).  In the past I've never answered, let it go to VM, today,I did answer, out of curiosity; they are trying to track down my niece, (by marriage); she & my nephew divorced over 10, yes TEN yrs. ago!  Well, they won't find her, she has a NEW life, doing very well IN Bermuda!  :))

Just got a call from them seeking someone with a similar name to my mother's on my cell looking for people in another state about 40 miles away. My mother got the same call at the house NOT in the town/state the person they were looking for lived in.

Just called asking for "Shannon _something.". Said wrong number. She hung up.

Gave the name Ms. Mackenzie. Ridiculous.... gave me a case number too, like that is going to make it official. Knew my home address. Creepy

My mother just left a message for me stating Ashley had called her three times looking for my ex-husband.   What is this????

Got a call from "Ashley" for my BROTHER!!! Note even same last name. Claimed to have a "file on her desk" Whatever that means. I called teh number back and "Good morning, this is Mr. Parker" answered.

A women who identified herself as Ashley Butler (she's a rude disgrace to women everywhere, her demeanor gives urban youth a bad name - shame on her!) left a voice mail on my cell phone for my husband which was strange.  Another strange thing was she did not leave the name of the company, only a return phone number.  He called back and she demanded his debit card information for what she claimed was a collection account for a credit card debt of 2200 issued by 'first bank'.  We've never heard of it!  My husband and I are diligent in checking our credit reports and we requested written documentation of the debt and refused to give her credit card details over the phone!  She had the nerve to get loud threatening him that his request was being noted as a refusal of payment and was documented on all three credit bureaus.  He informed her that he knew for a fact that wasn't true and asked again that she send documents or stop calling.
