this number pops up at all hours of the day and night.i am sick and elderly to be getting these calls wakeing me up at night, at my home, which is a personal home phone no..how do i get it to stop.. very annoying to have to get up and answer the phone when i really cant walk to the phone all the time..and how do they get my number if i dont use the internet.

I have been receiving at least 3 calls per day from this number to my cell phone. This is ridiculous. My phone number is registered on the government's Do Not Call list. I can see that does not work. I will be calling them directly and telling them not to call my number any more. I am completely fed up.

THESE IDIOTS HAVE HAD MY CELL PHONE NUMBER ON AUTOMATIC DIAL FROM A FAX MACHINE NOW FOR OVER 2 MONTHS!  THE FAX MACHINE CALLS MY CELL PHONE INCESSANTLY DAY AND NIGHT SOMETIMES FILLING UP THE VOICE MAIL BOX ON MY PHONE WITH COUNTLESS FAX MACHINE BEEPING MESSAGES.  IT IS DRIVING ME TO THE BRINK OF MADNESS.

This fax number calls every few minutes starting at 11 p.m.  How can it be stopped?

I put in a note at this site on 7 July, 2011.  This new note is to state that I have faxed to the given number TWICE as well as having spoken to TWO company reps.  So far, I have continued to receive these harrassing calls.  During the three weeks from 2/18/12 thru 3/06/12, I received 17 (YES, SEVENTEEN) FAX calls to my home PHONE number.  These calls ranged from12:08 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.  I have registered these calls with the National Do Not Call Registry because it DOES help them prosecute offenders when we keep records and turn them in.  You people at Strategic Marketing Concepts you REALLY need to keep your word.

We have reported to this company we no longer need these faxes. We did so many times but to no avail.

We have contacted the company many, many, many time that is trying to send the faxes with this number.

We get calls from a fax machine. The sender must have a wrong number. Please have them verify who they are trying to reach and make the necessary correction.

Have been having the same type of calls with this number that everyone's described.  I just called the Gerald Stoner mentioned above.  He was very cordial, knew what I was talking about, and promised to get right on it.  Said that his organization does do business with Strategic Mark and that they apparently have my number incorrectly.  The proof will be in the pudding -- hopefully the calls will stop shortly!

OK, I just called this Stoner dude, Gerald.  He called me back and promised me he'd have it stopped.  I also called the  do-not-call registry (888-290-4236) and put in a request.  This # is from the Federal Trade Commission.  Last night I got at least 3 calls from "Mark S" till midnight and finally took the phone off the hook.  These annoying calls makes one feel murderous.  But I'm guessing that if it's all some sort of stupid joke, "Mark S" is laughing his immature you-know-what off.  Good luck y'all.

I think we're all in the same boat here.  I have saved 19 calls fom this number, calls that have occurred over the last 3 months only!.  I have been getting the calls for approximatley 1-1/2 years now and they're nearly always in the middle of the night.  July 5th I was woken at 1:35 a.m.; 4:24 a.m.; 5:49 a.m. (that one REALLY pissed me off since my alarm is set for 6:00) and again at 6:53 a.m.  Like so many of you I have family out of state as well as overseas so I always listen for "that call".  I have called and spoken to a representative and was told my phone number would be removed.  I had the next batch of calls in less than a week.  I have faxed them.  I have now enlisted the help of another "Strategic Marketing" (mail only) for help as they do not want to be tarnished by this company.  I am ready for a Class Action Lawsuit against these people.  How many of you are on the National DO NOT CALL List?  Aren't these people breaking the law in harrassing us by phone when we are on the list??  I'm ready for the FCC to get involved.  Who else is?

People will tell you in a helpful voice that they are fixing your problem, but the calls will continue. I have hopefully resolved this issue and am now on a crusade to help others fix it. Strategic Mark is a subsidiary of Amerigroup Corporation. Don't bother going thru their regular phone numbers.
