FPPSG is affiliated with a Buffalo, N.Y. agency because that is where Shawntina Jones, the owner of FPPSG is from.  She is currently living at 5061 Rishley Run Way, Mount Dora, FL 32757. She owes major $$$$$$ to collection agencies, her house is in foreclosure, she doesn't pay HOA dues and her husband is in prison.

FPPSG LLC.  aka (Fortune Portfolio and Processor Service Group) is actually who is calling about these payday loans.  Their phone# is 757-769-8183, The tend to change their phone numbers so be careful.  The company acts like "Processors" but they are collectors.  National Credit Works is out of New York and owns the debt FPPSG LLC is collecting.  This is completely illegal and unethical.  They call the debtor trying to state they received a complaint to process, and they will deny being a collection agency.  Believe it or not they are registered with the ACA (the association of credit and collection professionals) as a reputable collection agency. The craziest part about the whole thing is that I called my local FBI office and they already have an investigation going. That is all they would tell me but it's crazy that they know who these people are, and they are still in business.

This is who is actually calling, They will state they are "National" and work directly with the National Attorney Network.  This is a complete lie. There is no such thing. They will deny being anything else but "National".

Sounds like if you owe the debt you should pay it!  You posting that you paid someone else sounds like another laime excuse for not taking care of your responsibilites.  People who bash bill collectors for doing their jobs when you failed to pay on your debt,  is immature and childish!

I am being HARRASSED by this company called antional - Some lady named Sherry Martinez. I do owe the debt BUT another company (that sounds legit) called saying they have the rights to my debt and I need to pay them that National no longer has this file. So I made a payment to them. This Sherry lady called me again today and I told her I paid the other company. She FREAKED out on me started yelling and had a MAJOR attitude. She claims to be the owner of this company. Anyway I called the other place back and was told that she has no rights to collect on this debt and what she was threatening me with ( i will take you to court if you dont pay by month end) was totally illegal since I already made a payment anyway. WTF? Anyone else have this experience?!?!?!?

The same thing happened to me. They said I owed money for a cash advance loan that I didn't take out from 6 years ago. People try anything to get money out of people... disgusting

they called my girlfriends cell phone today and her place of work saying she owes  money to some debt agency and she will be summoned to court if she does not pay. I called the number back and some woman answered and said "how may i direct your call?" all i said was "to anyone who can help me straighten this out" (just trying to play along) and she hung up swiftly.
