caller told me that i won visa sweepstakes and wanted me to subscribe to some magazines

They have called me a few times I will not answer calls I do not know.

3 calls today. The first two were hang ups, the last one a man said "iza biza zoo" and hung up. What the hell?? I have had calls from this number in the past too.

got one today, id says norfolk, no message, i missed it...taking my minuets...if i every catch the bum on the other end!!!!! you think maybe a diet of used pones would be the right one?

This number called my phone once today in class, i thought it was for a craigslist item i had listed so i texted it...it didnt reply. Then just now they called again and i answered- they said hello can i speak to bill? and i said that there is no person by the name of bill in this house hold- and they said i just wanna make sure i have the number right. xxx-xxx-xxxx they got it right! and strangely my grandfathers name is bill...luckily i have a call recoreder on my iphone- 4got to turn it on:(  can anybody relate?

same is the case wid me I've got over 15 calls from this since morning 9am, infact they started off last night I got three calls, I dont know what going on, its a little freaky

I got a call from it today and said something about being entered into a sweepstakes through a credit/debit card that I don't even have, I just ended up hanging up.  Weird cause the person said they are in Utah or something but it's a Norfolk/Virginia Beach number.  Thought maybe it was a prank call since I heard someone in the background before anyone answered saying "just hang up" but seems I'm not the only one getting it.

this number has called me repeatedly for the past 3 days and won't leave a message on the voicemail.i actualy answered it once and they hung up as soon as i did. when i look up the area code it shows it as belonging to  norfolk ,virginia.

i got a call from this number like five mins ago. they left no voicemail. i have also gotten calls like this since dec 3 all different numders.

called twice today. when i answered no one was there.  tried to return the call & the recording says  thi is not a working #.

Called me again and said i got into the dream come true sweepstakes or some s*** haha

weird.. just called me i answered and all i heard was click. it's happend twice today.

same thing started for me today, 10 calls since 9 am, answer and no one says anything call back and number is not in service... whats happening here?

Just got a call from this number 8 times I guess they want to talk. But nobody want to say anything one the other side so I hang up.

In FL-This number has called my cell repeatedly for the last week. No response upon answering.   Return call gets recording that # is out of service.  ???

they called a min ago and sayed i won something and asked for me and the phone is listed under my dads name......

This number has been calling my cell all day and evertime I answer it, whoever it is hangs up. No one ever says anything

This number called twice to my cell phone. The first time I missed it. The second was just a few minutes ago. It was a man sayin his name was William Harris when I answered to my surprise he asked for some one I do know but it is my number he called. When I asked who was calling he said his name and asked was that person there. Than when the person he asked for got on the phone he hung up.

someone called.  and they knew my name("can i speak to ___ ____?").  and then hung up.

said number called here 5 times from 8 am til 6 pm...strange thing this is a gov. phone..
