the same thing with me: a missed call ad then a busy signal! i got it 2day; did anyone find a solution to the mysterious phone calls?

I got a call from this number on my cell phone, too. I missed the call and when I called back I got a busy signal, too. I'm also a TCC student ~ interesting.

THEY CALLED MY CELL PHONE. I ANSWERED & IT WAS DEAD AIR. EVERY TIME I TRY TO CALL BACK I GET THE BUSY SIGNAL. IT HAS THE SAME 1ST 3#'S AS TIDEWATER COMMUNITY COLLEGE. BUT WHICH DEPARTMENT AND WHY THEY WERE CALLING??? I HAVE NO CLUE.
