Called at work. yesterday got calls from 855-287-7078. called my father and my landlord too.

Refuses to send us info by mail. Said if we can not deal over the phone they can not help us...

Isn't that against the FDCPA. laws?
Plus the bill they claim we owe is over 4 years old... from Feb/March 07... in TX they can not collect on it.

this company is real..i've attached a copy of the garnishment i found on the court websites for me.. i have deleted my name and employer, this is just for your purpose, to know they are a "real" company.. the amount they have listed here, and the amount they told me i owed on a settlement in full letter sent to me in august are 2 different amounts.

I also received a call from this number, and since this is a scam, I don't owe anybody anything and I know it.  I refuse to answer or call back con artists.  Thanks to everyone who report such calls, you save lots from being ensnared by criminals.

This number left a voicemail on one of my phones and demanded that I called back. I called back trying to obtain info and maybe gave a little more info but not privalige info and some how they new info also and these motha f****rs came to my house and left a personal note tapped to the door stating that I give them a call asap or else I wish I was home because thats some b***s*** that they came to my residence they have no idea who I am..

I got a call from this number today.  A VERY threatening male voice stating it was a matter of UTMOST urgency.

So, I called em back.  Their NEW name is National Credit Works.  Of course, there's no listing for National Credit Works  but the woman I spoke with said they are based out of Virginia.

Anyway, they were calling me about a credit card account with HSBC that I PAID off several years ago.  Seems HSBC or Scutter decided to make me owe the money again.  LOLOLOL.  I kept copies of the paid account info.

I know Plains did this to me a couple of years ago.

Why are the credit card companies allowed to sell information on PAID accounts as being bad debts?

I get SO sick of corporate greed and the law that supports it.

When they announce who they are calling for, it sounds like a recording, then some RUDE guy is stating they are calling about a 'claim' that has been placed with their office.....I work in insurance and the 'claim' in regards to me would be an insurance claim and I don't have one, so they aren't getting a call back from me.  They are wasting their time calling me.

Yes, they have called me to but my service took call.  Same demanding tone but w/ a different number(866-304-7249)to call back to.  The 866 number per other reports is said to be a scam # and not necessarily related to any true debt owed, just a way to get money from you.  I'm not going to respond further

I just recieved a call from this phone number 757-961-3417, the person on the other end with a very spoky voice left me a message DEMANDING a call back today regarding some account in which I have NO ideal what this person was reffering to. The message stated that if the company (in which he was calling from) did not recieve a call back from me today, there would be further action taken.  "GOOD LUCK," because I am not calling anyone back who does not leave me a detail message regarding the call, there is to much fraud going around, for me to fall into some ones trap and being a little bit nicer might have gotten this JERK further anyway...

This person keeps calling me and I am not going to call them back until I know whom or who it is calling me and what they want....they have been calling me on my cell phone and now they are calling me at my home line....Is there anyone out there that has gotten calls from this number????
