This is the best.  760-204-8459, caller ID says "This is a scam" no s**t, I never saw anything like that before!

Been trying to find these people for a month now, i am on the do not call list , just as most of you are, apparently, they use up to 160 different numbers and go thru different telephone suppliers, Fcc havent done s**t about it, Thought these people would never stop. But, I did have a way to have fun with it, I would press the button to talk to a rep, and if it were a man (me being a man also) I would tell him that i am touching myself and want him to speak in a deep tone to turn me on even more. if it's a woman that answers, tell her you want to lick her pink spot. sounds rude, but hey, they are rude for calling me 3 times a damn week. GOOD LUCK.

they did it again, just 15 mins. after the last one, pressed the key to speak to a rep. asked what kind of car i owned, I told him to ask his mother, because it was the same car i licked her hole with. he hung up.

I'm in New Mexico. No message left; I have received calls from this number before.

got a call from this number and caller ID said "service message"  I answered and heard a message stating that my vehicle warranty was about to run out and to press 1 to speak to an agent or 2 to reclassify.  I pressed one, knowing what this was (scam) and an agent answered asking what vehicle make and year was.  I asked which vehicle he was calling about - he hung up.  I too am on the do not call list.  I wish someone would bust this group.  They call here all the time.  They answer "Dealer Services"

Got this call today: It shows up as Service Message on my caller ID.

I'm on national DNC too..
I called it back and it says to push one to be removed from calling list..

Got the call at 11:25 A.M. and pressed one to speak to a rep. The rep gave me his name and asked for my vehicle information. I stated I was on the Do not call registry and wanted their company information, he promptly hung up. I called the number back and was given a message telling me to press 1 if I wanted my number off. I pressed on and it simply said "Thank You" We'll see if it works.

called to update my vehicle warranty. they didnt know anything about the vehicle and just kept asking for a credit card. 5 minutes later i got the same call from a 305 number. ironically i only started getting these calls when i got a legit warranty.

To extend car warranty that I don't have.  I have asked them to remove my name before.

I get a call on a daily basis telling me to respond now or they will close the file. When I am home I now stay on the line and abuse the person who answers. Hey, it is so much fun to tell these people that you are going to sue them into the stone age for repeated violations of the do not call list. Even more fun to get a newbie who freaks and hangs up.

I just got a call about 5 minutes ago. I didn't pick it up, googled the number and got this webpage. It's a scam.

I am also on the DNC list, and they left no msg.. I am so glad this resource is out there for us to look up the # that calls to find if it is a scam or not!

I've been getting these annoying calls for weeks, five times a day. Finally, I spoke with an "agent" to complain. The "agent" hung up on me. We are on the "do not call list." It doesn't seem to make a difference.

I am so sick of these people calling me. How do you get it to stop....

This company is calling "on behalf" of Mastercard and Visa (two different companies...RED flag for a scam) or Warranty Services (selling car warranties).  It depends on the day, as to whether or not they are with credit card companies or car warranties.  They call from a different number each time, then disconnect the number after making the call.  I got irate one day and told the operator to stop calling.  He responded with, "are you wearing panties?"  I could not believe it!  I am also on the Do Not Call Registry and have reported them many times.  Nothing has worked.  I have started giving them false information to waste their time.  Today I told them that I needed a warranty on a 1972 Chevrolet Chevette.  When the "operator" asked if I have a newer vehicle, I told her that if they stop calling, I would be happy to stop wasting their time.  It is only 11:30 am and I have already received 3 calls this morning.  How do I make it stop???

They also called me about a car warranty, which seems to be a very common scam lately. Everyone that is on the DO NOT CALL list, please make sure you are reporting these calls. It's sooo easy..just go to national do not call website. One fine isn't going to scare these idiots off, but maybe if we all work together we can get rid of some of them :)

I've gotten about 4 calls in NJ from this number.  Coincidently, the extended warranty on my car is about to expire, so I thought this was legitimate the first time they called.  Each time I got the call, I pressed '1' to speak with someone.  When the person asked questions about the vehicle, which they would already know, I questioned the company's legitimacy at which time, I was hung up on.  One idiot verbally imitated an obnoxious buzzer noise when I requested that they take me off their call list.  What an AH!!!

My neighbors are also getting these calls.  Someone needs to come down heavy on these jerks.

I've received these calls to. I am on the do not call list as well, but the FCC need you to complain to them, not just on a board on the net. They will try to shut them down but there are only a few people at the FCC working on this compared to the number of idiots dunning phone scams. Please report them the FCC as well as these boards.

I'm receiving multiple calls (approx 1 per week) from (760)204-8459 selling automobile warranties.  Once you indicate you have suspicions about the company, they will hang up abruptly.

I learned that the number was assigned by Digitcom Services in Los Angeles.  Their phone numbers are (800) 464-5446 or (310) 358-7000.

Why doesn't everyone call Digitcom about 5 times each tomorrow until someone there commits to cancel these morons' phone service.  

I am going to, for sure.  Also, these car warrantee guys have another phone number, (866) 225-1956.  Call them a few times on that line to give them a taste of their own medicine.  I got an answering machine on the first try though.

As with everyone else I've seen commented here, we are on the DNC list.  I don't think it helps anymore.  Seems like we get more telemarketer calls now than before we were on the list.  We did not answer the call.  BTW, check out what appeared on our caller ID... how's that for truth in advertising??? (I kid you not!)

Just received a call from this number today and the caller ID literally said "This Is A Scam".  My brother and I were laughing so hard we couldn't even answer.

I came home and saw the number on my caller i.d. It was listed as 'This is a scam". That's a first for me.

Received a call this morning from this telephone number 1 760 204-8459 the caller ID showed as follows:  "This is a Scam"

So, I didn't answer the phone.  Instead, I went to my computer and googled the telephone number and found this site.  I guess maybe the phone company is trying to do something about this?

I did not answer since the caller ID identified the name as "THIS IS A SCAM".  No joke!  It actually ID'd it as that name!

I got a house phone with LINGO and trust me it is a pleasing for $27 a month you get unlimited call U.S. and 21 other countries.. It does go though my cable internet and you can go online to set up your features which is the best part.. you can block 800 numbers completely or everytime they call you they call them selfs now thats funny.. there are a lot of features that is great to have.. try it out.. I believe that you can try it for 30 or 60 days any ways I love it...

By the way, I just wanted to second Joe Madone's idea of calling Digitcom Services in Los Angeles at (800) 464-5446 or (310) 358-7000 and harassing them with obnoxious messages. They are the main profiteers in this fraud game.
