Posted ad to sell my old IPhone, this person texts saying they will pay more than I have been offered for the phone. Asking to "Please don't sell to someone else have been searching for the item and ready to buy it now" Asked where they were located (seeing if they were close to me to meet) and got a response " I am highly interested in buying your item for my in-law for xmas gift, but am not in a good state to bring you money, but i have a western union account which i can send money to you now if you assure the item is still in good condition and presentable as a surprise gift for a close one" I respond sorry, cash only. then get prompted " I understand but i am not in the right position to meet you in person, due to my poor health...meanwhile i am still convalescing at home since after my operation" I again reply sorry cash only not interested in scam, nice try... NO RESPONSE. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS WANT-TO-BE SCAM ARTIST! THEY AREN'T EVEN GOOD AT IT NOR CONVINCING! 100% SCAAAAAMMMMMM!!!!!!!

Spammer on Craigslist. Texts you and says he will give you $100 over the listing price for shipping for a birthday gift.
