This number has called me several times about a Government Insurance Refund program.  It said that you could make 38950.00 a year. Yhea right! If you call this number back it will tell you that they are sorry if they had reached you in error.  If you want your number removed from their calling list press # 1, then is says thank you and hangs up.  Lets see if they call back.

I am also on the do not call list, and this number is NOT on any of my resume's out there.  I called my cell phone company, and my phone doesn't have a blocking mechanism.  I also researched the online stuff mentioned above, and it was not true, about getting the information "free".  I think my next step will be to contact my Attorney General, and not just about this idiot calling from Oceanside, CA., but also about the "free" thingy!

I have been receiving these calls for a couple of days now along with calls from Out of Area and the Neilson Ratings. My phone has been ringing about every half hour for the last couple of weeks. Thank goodness for Caller ID! I just don't  answer the phone. However, I am curious as to how and why my number has been distributed.

Push 1 and you go to an operator... I just asked to be removed from their list. He was very nice saying that he would put me on the do not call list right away.

This is the second time I've been called by this number.  Both times I pressed 1 to be removed from their list.  Obviously it didn't work the first time...

Is there a gov't reporting office for something like this???

After 20 minutes of waiting (the option 1 to remove your name has been removed) I let them know about DNC list and ramifications for violations. Guess who called again? I to am a craigslister but never post my phone number on listings.  I would tend to believe that some responses on c/l are actually fishing expeditions.

they call me every now and then but  when i get the call nothing no one on the other end.

The call starts woth a recorded message tat say"We have been trying to reach you..." Then I hang up.

I also tried the "calling back and pressing 1" and all I got was a recorded message that was very scratchy and muffled.....I pressed 1 and it said "THANK YOU"..........We will see if they call back.

I just got a call from this number offering to lower my interest rates on my credit cards.  I think from the voice of the operater and the voices in the background that this number links to a call center in India, although he said they were located in Miami but he did not know the address.  The operator asked me to "verify" my number by providing it to him.  I asked him if he understood what the word "verify" meant.  Clearly, he did not.  I am sick of these random bu***hit calls.  At least I wasted about an hour of his time.  It was pure entertainment for me.  If we all waste their time with all the nonsense.  Hopefully if more of us can do this it will put them out of business.

These people keep calling my grandparents, trying to sell them some kind of insurance, it got to the point that they were berating my granmother for not wanting to provide security for her family. Also, they said that they have her credit card number and she was going to be charges for wasting their time, this is ridiclous, I have just added her the the national do not call registry and called this number and took her off theirs but I think that these people should be reported to the better business bureau!

I have been getting calls from this number.
I filled out a online work from home application off of craigslist.com
Now i get email and phone spam. It sucks wish you could block phone numbers like you can block email addresses!

they called me today and was offering a home tipe job or something like that i sayed that i was bizzy at work and could i call him back tonite at about 11pm central time lol.
he sayed that i would be dissturbing him at that time so i told him see how i feel now beat itand busted out laughting.
i know jerry sienfield would come in handy one day.

They've called me at least a dozen times.  What "business" is this?  I'm on the do not call list and they're really ticking me off.

i got this phone call from someone offering a government job. i shouldn't be getting these type of phone calls on MY CELL PHONE seeing as how i'm registered on the national do not call list. i should NOT have to follow their instructions to get my number removed from their list.
