Got a call from this number.  I didn't recognize it so I didn't anser it.  No message was left.  I am located in the Greenville, SC area.

Hey, no message left, no call back.  Adding this number to our Call Blocker.

ARS, which stands for the company called Anal Resource Service.
Actually, they are vulture collectors, which means they buy old, out of date accounts for pennies on the dollar.  They can't sue you for these accounts because they are too old, well past the state's statute of limitations.  Than means you can ignore them or tell them to pound sand, whichever you are happier with.

bucks an hour job harassing  people from a back room collection co.

Let em call I say,  dont answer them any how, keeps the callers out of the bar rooms

and gives the enough to buy their smokes.

 Some day maby a real job will come along for the callers.

Once in a while when they call I pick up and not talk.  On ars end sounds like

a boiler room on a ship.

Called me, didn't recognize the number, they didn't leave a vm, became curious, googled it, my suspicion were confirmed, just scammers! Had to be, I'm debt free.

I work for lawyers off we are tracking all these calls so that they can come to court and answer for the harrassing calls. They have been told several times we do not know who they are calling for.

I don't know. Who it is calling I get a call about once a week from them but they never leave a message and I do not answer calls I do not know. So they can just listen to the ringer. I think I may down load one of them nice ring back tones for the so they can jam out. While they wait. Haha funny funny.

some dude calls several times a week says he is from ARS and the call is being recorded. He then starts asking for a person with a foreign sounding name . I just keep telling him he has already called here and he STILL has the wrong number.

Just go into your phone company website and block or forward their number.  I am using a forward to the Federal do not call phone number found online and they immediately get sent there when they call.

I want these people to stop calling.

They Asking for particular name and when i ask whom you are they answer ARS IS THIS  'NAME' whom is looking for him _:I know you are don't get disguise, give me your SSS #, I say never ask for an personal information by phone this is scam they say Give your Debit car info now I say bay!!!!!!

I called the number back. They couldn't pronounce my name right. Wouldn't tell me what it was in regards to. This was the second time they've called and don't leave a voicemail. Apparently that is their policy. I'm on the Do Not Call list, that doesn't seem to help. When I wouldn't tell the man who I was, I told him not to call me again, not without leaving a voicemail. I don't want part in their scams.

just called this number back...automated machine first then connected me to Patty who said all calls may be recorded. I asked who was the company as she called my number, then hung up. she said it was ARSS looking for a holly W. told her nope put me on the do not call list. she politely said yes....but I suspect those other California numbers are related.

get calls from this number unknown, however other numbers with same area code (say out of California. I also got a letter that out California that trying to collect 1400 but will not identify themselves. (I do have a hospital bill for 1400.00 that occurred just a few months ago....should not be in any kind of collection and I live in Colorado. either scam or someone got bill records and gonna try to scam me. anyway this number 760-670-3650 called just a few minuets ago. I answered the phone but was silent....hoping they would speak (or be automated)....whoever on the other end remained silent and then phone went click. I am getting enourmous calls like this (different numbers and when I looked one up it said it was spoofed...meaning they changed the number to come up different on caller ID so that you could not call back. so tired of this....go get em if can find out who they are

They called asking for my husband by his first name.  LOL My hubby has never gone by his first name in his life.  And get this....they couldn't even pronounce it right and when they stated the full name it was technically my hubby's grandfather who died before my husband was born.

They called looking for my wife's stepmother using the stepmother's maiden name.  She's been married for over 25 years.  Must be really old.

I got a call from this number and called it back.  It is ARS National Services.  It's website claims it is a company that helps people pay off their debts.  So, basically, it's another debt collector company that doesn't have the courtesy of leaving a message.
